Before joining the yachting industry, Hervé spent many years as a professional dog trainer, developing strong discipline, patience, and attention to detail. After relocating to Saint-Tropez, he began working on passenger boats, eventually purchasing and operating his own fishing vessel.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in fishing and vessel maintenance, Hervé brings a versatile skill set to Lady Emma, allowing him to confidently take on multiple roles aboard. His practical knowledge, reliability, and adaptability make him a valuable asset to the crew.

With a strong background in luxury service, international hospitality, and over five years of experience aboard high-end yachts, Sarah is a warm, attentive, and highly professional crew member dedicated to making every guest feel at home.
She combines refined service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable onboard experiences—whether preparing fresh, simple meals, setting elegant table décor, or attending to every detail to ensure guests are relaxed and well cared for throughout their stay.
Her journey to yachting is rooted in both hospitality and adventure. After earning a Master’s degree in Languages (English and Italian) and completing specialized training in yacht hospitality in Nice, she transitioned from shore-based service to life at sea. Since then, she has worked on a wide range of vessels, including the prestigious M/Y Aladdin (Sunseeker 131), M/Y Shellona (Mangusta 108), and most recently as a freelance stewardess aboard Lagoon 77 – Spirit of Ponant and M/Y Friday – Sanlorenzo 33m.
Her versatility and positive energy make her a valuable member of any crew. Whether assisting on deck, managing interior service, or preparing light, healthy dishes, Sarah does so with precision, discretion, and a smile.
