Montenegrin-born Chef Nemanja brings over 20 years of culinary experience to Lady Marcelle, with a background spanning luxury restaurants, five-star hotels, and private and charter yachts. He specializes in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine and is known for creating flavorful, well-balanced menus that cater to all dietary preferences, including vegan and vegetarian. Nemanja has previously worked on yachts such as MY Milaya and MY Arres M. Passionate about the sea and fishing, he brings both professionalism and a love for fresh, quality ingredients to every dish he serves onboard.

With extensive experience aboard both private and charter yachts up to 41 meters, Matea brings a professional and welcoming presence to Lady Marcelle. She has served as solo and senior stewardess on various vessels in the Adriatic and beyond, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, impeccable service standards, and a warm, guest-focused attitude. Fluent in English and Croatian, Matea ensures guests enjoy a relaxed and beautifully maintained onboard environment throughout their journey in Croatia.

Boris brings a unique blend of athletic discipline and technical expertise to the crew of Lady Marcelle. With a background as a professional water polo player spanning over two decades, he is a natural team player, known for his reliability, resilience, and leadership.

Since transitioning to the yachting industry in 2010, Boris has built extensive experience across a range of motor yachts, including M/Y Heed and M/Y Portovino, where he served as both deckhand and tender driver before advancing to the role of mate and engineer.

Onboard Lady Marcelle, Boris ensures all operations run smoothly, contributing to a safe and enjoyable charter experience for guests. Calm under pressure and solution-oriented, Boris is a valued crew member committed to the highest standards of service.

Jurica grew up next to sea and marina where he caught up first engineering skills and this led him into yachting and in 2008 he started his Captain's position on various yachts in range 20-35m.

With over 15 years of an experience as a yacht Captain now he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience along with a professional attitude and meticulous eye for detail in his work.He has an extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean sea and knows the Adriatic like the back of his hand.

He is looking forward to a succcessful summer 2023 charter season.
