With over a decade in the luxury yachting industry, Maja brings exceptional hospitality, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills to M/Y Lady Marcelle. Having served as Chief Stewardess aboard prestigious private and charter yachts up to 50 metres throughout the Mediterranean and Adriatic, she ensures every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable onboard experience.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology, Maja combines professionalism with a genuine passion for guest wellbeing and service excellence. Her expertise spans silver service, housekeeping, provisioning, event planning, inventory management, and interior setup, while her calm, positive personality allows her to effortlessly anticipate guests’ needs.

Roko Matas is an experienced deckhand and chase boat skipper from Split, Croatia, with a strong background in navigation, maritime safety, and tender operations.
With several years of experience as a skipper and technician in luxury daily tours and transfers, Roko brings excellent hands-on seamanship, a positive team spirit, and professional discretion when working with VIP guests. He holds a Category C Skipper License and Basic Safety Training. Previously worked on a 40m Benetti.

Jurica grew up next to sea and marina where he caught up first engineering skills and this led him into yachting and in 2008 he started his Captain's position on various yachts in range 20-35m.
With over 15 years of an experience as a yacht Captain now he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience along with a professional attitude and meticulous eye for detail in his work.He has an extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean sea and knows the Adriatic like the back of his hand.
He is looking forward to a succcessful summer 2026 charter season.

David passion for food began when he was just a kid, David has a wide range of culinary experience from restaurants, hotels, catering to yachting and culinary consultations. David worked in Ireland for. Few years in 5* hotels and recently he was executive chef of a fine dining restaurant in Hvar. David’s meals speak of his professionalism and passion he has for his work, He is always open to special requests and would WOW guests with his expertise not just with food but his personality as well.
