Dylan has extensive charter and day-sail experience. He is passionate about providing a flawless customer experience while maintaining vessels to immaculate standards. This means preparation, planning, and safety, while also bringing the right amount of personality to put guests at ease enough authority to ensure the safety of everyone on board. Years ago he left his long-time corporate career in sustainability and EHS to become a tour guide, where I fell in love with service. He loved to give people an experience that was second to none. This experience matched with his previous corporate management experience (highlighted below) uniquely positions him to take on greater responsibilities on larger vessels.

Naama is a hardworking, team player with a decade of international experience in the service industry and combat military. Coming from a very large Israeli family, cooking and hosting is not just second nature to her, but a passion that she brings to her profession. Of her greatest passions, traveling has always been a part of her life. She has spent years (collectively) in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Central America. My other hobbies include yoga, photography, and cooking. In addition, I am currently writing a book. In the future, I hope to build a resort that combines community, music, and wellbeing to create a safe, creative environment for likeminded individuals.
