Philippe Raffai is an experienced First Officer with a solid maritime background and strong technical knowledge of yacht operations. Throughout his career he has gained valuable experience aboard several yachts, including RAPH SEVEN (37m) and LAFAYETTE’s sistership ARSANA, where he developed a reputation for reliability, strong seamanship and a proactive approach to deck management. Holding advanced maritime qualifications including a 500 GT license, Philippe is a superb support for Captain André, well versed in navigation, safety procedures and bridge operations. His hands-on attitude and attention to detail make him a valuable asset when coordinating deck maintenance, managing equipment and supporting the captain during passages and maneuvers.

Pauline’s career to date has spanned project management, sales, and marketing across international settings, with a strong focus on the events, insurance, and hospitality industries. Throughout her professional journey, she has consistently showcased adaptability, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit across diverse teams.
In 2025, Pauline decided to merge her love for travel with her passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by entering the yachting industry. She joined LAFAYETTE, where she brings her well-rounded skill set to ensure guests enjoy an unforgettable time on board.
Outside of work, Pauline is an avid scuba diver and hiker, always eager to explore new interests and embrace new adventures.

Noé is a passionate and versatile chef whose culinary journey spans traditional French gastronomy, fine dining, and modern cuisine. Having honed his craft at esteemed establishments such as InterContinental Lyon, Hôtel L’Incomparable in Aix-les-Bains, and luxury properties in Courchevel and St Tropez, Noé brings creativity and precision to every dish. His expertise ranges from menu creation and team leadership to mastering both hot and cold sections of the kitchen. Noé takes pride in his ability to transform high-quality, raw ingredients into refined, emotion-filled dining experiences. Warm, ambitious, and dedicated, Noé is not only a talented chef but also a natural leader who ensures guests feel both indulged and cared for.

Marion Torregrossa is an accomplished Chief Stewardess with over a decade of experience in the yachting industry, recognised for her meticulous organisation, warm service style and strong leadership within the interior department. Before joining the industry, Marion worked as a flight attendant and in fine dining hospitality in Montréal, experiences that shaped her polished service approach and strong guest relations. Since entering yachting in 2014, she has built her career aboard very busy charter vessels, including RAPH SEVEN II (30m), DECEMBER SIX (33m) and YVONNE (28m), delivering consistently high standards of service and interior presentation. She is highly experienced in managing inventories, provisioning, coordinating with the galley and training junior stewardesses while maintaining a calm and positive working environment.
Fluent in French and English, with additional conversational Italian and Spanish, Marion combines professionalism with genuine hospitality to ensure guests enjoy a relaxed and beautifully run experience on board.

Loïck Audureau is a motivated and hardworking deckhand with a genuine passion for yachting that began from an early age through years spent boating with his family. Over the past two seasons he has gained valuable experience aboard yachts ranging from 28 to 50 metres, most recently working on ARSANA, GÉNÉSIA, and MIA ROCCA.
During his time on board, Loïck has developed solid skills in washdowns, anchoring operations, tender and water toy handling, mooring procedures and general deck maintenance. He is known for his positive attitude, reliability and strong team spirit, as well as his calm and professional manner around guests. Currently completing his CAPITAINE 200 qualification, alongside a Mechanical 250KW certification, Loïck combines practical seamanship with technical knowledge and a strong desire to continue progressing within the industry.

Loick Audureau
Deckhand
Captain André brings over 30 years of experience in the yachting industry, with more than 13 years as a captain. His expertise spans both sailing and motor yachts, in both charter and private settings. Having extensively navigated the Mediterranean, he possesses in-depth regional knowledge, complemented by a good knowledge of fishing, instilled in him from childhood.
Before transitioning to life at sea, André ran his own business specialising in yacht equipment and maintenance, giving him a deep understanding of onboard systems. As captain, he has helmed a variety of vessels, including M/Y Ralph Seven, M/Y Talji, and M/Y Lady Beatrice, among others. Known for his cheerful demeanour and meticulous approach, Captain André ensures that every guest stepping aboard receives the highest level of service and an exceptional yachting experience
