Originally from New Zealand and coming from a yachting family, Harley has been working in the yachting industry since 2017. With his father also being a superyacht captain, he has developed a natural, approachable, and charismatic personality, always smiling and passionate about watersports. When he is not on board, he enjoys playing the guitar and working out at the gym. Harley and the deck team look forward to making every guest’s time on the water, as well as tender trips and shore excursions, a truly unparalleled experience.

Paul started his career in the yachting industry in 1998, and since then he has worked on an extensive range of vessels, from high-speed performance yachts, to classic sailing schooners. He has been at the helm of the LATIKO operation since 2008.

Born and raised in the Caribbean Island of St. Maarten, Molly joins LATIKO for her 12th year in the yachting industry, having started her career immediately after high school. Her warm and charismatic personality, combined with a passion for creating an incredible environment onboard, makes her an amazing addition to the team. At one point, Molly also owned and operated a butterfly farm on the island. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, making jewellery, and spending time with her family in St. Maarten, who are avid beekeepers.

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Johannesburg in South Africa, Lara began her yachting career in 2022 along the East Coast of America. With her warm smile, creative flair, and impeccable table-setting and design skills, Lara brings both professionalism and positivity to the team. A natural explorer, Lara loves discovering the towns and streets the yacht visits and immersing herself in the local culture wherever she goes. This is Lara’s second season onboard with her fiancé, and our Bosun, Strahan. Together, they bring an upbeat, energetic spirit that perfectly complements the dynamic atmosphere onboard LATIKO.

Tyron also joins us from South Africa and is our super smiley deckhand and dive master. Although this is his first season on superyachts, he has over five years of experience at sea as a dive instructor/deckhand across a variety of dive operations. He loves all sports and water activities and is an absolute pleasure to be around. He’s also a very keen fisherman, and if there’s anything out there to catch, Tyron is the man to talk to.

Luke brings over 20 years of engineering experience across both commercial vessels and yachts, contributing an exceptional depth of knowledge across all onboard systems. A sports enthusiast, Luke is typically found below deck overseeing the engine room operations, but is equally valued on deck for his positive presence and team spirit.

Andrew converted to Super Yachts from the commercial shipping industry. He completed his engineer training in 2017 and since then, he has been working his way up to be Chief Engineer across a range of yachts from 50 – 140m. Andrew is a very skilled engineer and he is transferring his knowledge excellently to keeping all the systems onboard operational. This is Andrews 5th year with us onboard LATIKO and although he spends most of the days in the engine room making sure things run smoothly, he’s always a bright character when out on deck.

Strahan was born and raised in Johannesburg and began his yachting journey with Lara in American waters in 2021. His mischievous grin and playful demeanour, combined with a passion for all things water‑related, are sure to bring a smile, not only during watersports and tender rides, but wherever he is found on deck. As our Bosun and a qualified officer, Strahan can also be found on the bridge during navigation.

Georgie joins us from the UK with 12 years of hospitality experience and is now in her 3rd year in yachting. She loves creating an enjoyable environment everywhere she goes and LATIKO is no exception. With an impeccable eye for detail and a caring nature, she brings a high level of service in a warm and welcoming setting. Georgie is also a talented artist and singer.

Wil began his yachting career in 2006 and worked onboard LATIKO since 2009. He has held his captain license since 2016. Born and raised on the beaches of Sydney, Australia, living by or on the sea has always been a part of his life. Wil loves life on the water, learning new languages, traveling anywhere from Everest to the Amazon, new experiences and ultimately having a good time. He strives to help everyone onboard to have a good time also, presenting an outstanding crew and a vessel in top condition.
