Chef Lazzaro Fattoruso is a passionate culinary professional dedicated to customer and staff satisfaction. His philosophy revolves around crafting menus that are diverse, seasonally inspired, and tailored to the needs of clients while respecting the location and fostering teamwork. He strongly believes in the value of local ingredients, which he enhances by pairing them with innovative elements to create unique gastronomic experiences.
Trained at some of the finest culinary schools in Italy, Chef Fattoruso has honed his expertise in a wide range of techniques, from appetizers to desserts, bakery, patisserie, and the artisanal preparation of fresh pasta and bread. His deep understanding of these disciplines allows him to create dishes that balance tradition with contemporary creativity.

Chef Fattoruso actively collaborates with various bloggers and professional groups, including Chef & Maitre Lab, where many of his creations are showcased on his Instagram profile (Lazzarofattoruso). Over the years, he has developed a solid, hands-on understanding of onboard operations and the rhythms of life at sea, combining practical seamanship with a strong service mindset.
Detail-oriented and proactive, Nico approaches guest experience as a daily priority: he believes excellence is built through attentiveness, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs with precision. His calm, reliable approach contributes to smooth deck operations and supports the overall atmosphere on board, ensuring guests enjoy both comfort and safety throughout the charter.

Born and raised in Viareggio, Giacomo started his career in 2000 onboard the Italian Navy vessel Amerigo Vespucci. The captain has spent his 24 years at sea on both sailing and motor superyachts and has supervised multiple Benetti constructions gaining and providing invaluable knowledge. He is passionate about fishing, snorkeling and water sports in general. Giacomo likes to keep his crew happy and his guests happier, leading with a firm but kind personality and vivacious spirit.

Antonio is a highly experienced Italian Chief Engineer with over 30 years in the maritime and yachting industry. Having worked on both commercial vessels and luxury yachts, including new builds and refits, he brings extensive technical knowledge and a strong hands-on approach to the engine room.
Known for his reliability and problem-solving skills, Antonio ensures all mechanical and electrical systems operate safely and efficiently, supporting smooth onboard operations for both crew and guests. Fluent in Italian and English, he works comfortably within international teams.
