After acquiring her university degree in languages and literature in Florence, Giulia decided to start her career in yachting. Having always been passionate about the sea and once a competitive swimmer, during her six years in this industry Giulia has taken her love of water and merged it with her passion for interior design. She speaks five languages and, with a keen eye for detail and a warm personality, she uses her creativity to provide her guests with an unforgettable experience.

Born on the Tuscan coast, our chief mate Lorenzo has a great passion for the Sea, especially for snorkeling, sailing and rowing. He has been exploring the Caribbean and the Mediterranean waters for the last 10 years on sailing and motor yachts, but his thirst for discovery has yet to be quenched.

Thoroughly enjoying what he does, he looks forward to progressing in the industry. Marco is an enthusiastic and active person and his main passions are kite surf and water sports.

Romina moved from Moldova when she was 15 years old and she fell in love with the warmth and beauty of Imperia. Before then, she had never seen the sea or yachts and she remembers immediately deciding that she'd one day be working together with those who challenge the waves and winds.

With experience rooted from a young age on passenger and cargo ships, Giovanni has dedicated most of his life to the sea. Since 2017, he has brought his technical skills and passion aboard private yachts, serving as an Engineer.
Reliable, discreet, and always attentive to the safety and comfort of guests, Giovanni is also a skilled sailor, ready to assist the team during any maneuver or operational need.
His deep knowledge of the sector and his positive approach make him a valuable presence on board, helping to ensure that every experience at sea is safe, smooth, and truly unforgettable.

Chef Lazzaro Fattoruso is a passionate culinary professional dedicated to customer and staff satisfaction. His philosophy revolves around crafting menus that are diverse, seasonally inspired, and tailored to the needs of clients while respecting the location and fostering teamwork. He strongly believes in the value of local ingredients, which he enhances by pairing them with innovative elements to create unique gastronomic experiences.
Trained at some of the finest culinary schools in Italy, Chef Fattoruso has honed his expertise in a wide range of techniques, from appetizers to desserts, bakery, patisserie, and the artisanal preparation of fresh pasta and bread. His deep understanding of these disciplines allows him to create dishes that balance tradition with contemporary creativity.

Chef Fattoruso actively collaborates with various bloggers and professional groups, including Chef & Maitre Lab, where many of his creations are showcased on his Instagram profile (Lazzarofattoruso). He is also part of Creative Friends of Gastronomy, a project promoted by the UNESCO office of the Municipality of Parma.
He has been featured in numerous show cooking events at national-level exhibitions, presenting products, recipes, and brand-sponsored creations. Additionally, he contributes to educational initiatives, working as an external expert with the G. Magnaghi Hotel Institute in Salsomaggiore Terme, where he teaches both practical and theoretical lessons.
Chef Fattoruso also collaborates with the University of Parma, where he conducts practical courses in creative and molecular cuisine for the Master COMET program in Gastronomic Sciences.

Born and raised in Viareggio, Giacomo started his career in 2000 onboard the Italian Navy vessel Amerigo Vespucci. The captain has spent his 24 years at sea on both sailing and motor superyachts and has supervised multiple Benetti constructions gaining and providing invaluable knowledge. He is passionate about fishing, snorkeling and water sports in general. Giacomo likes to keep his crew happy and his guests happier, leading with a firm but kind personality and vivacious spirit.
