Charlotte started her professional career in the hospitality industry, first working as waitress in a remote Seychelles location, before she worked as au pair in a private household in England. In August 2021 Charlotte entered the yachting industry, taking a position as 2nd Stewardess on board the 40m yacht LIONSHARE. From August 2022, she started to work on board LEL, being responsible for flower arrangements, turndowns and turnups and checking the cabins for guests, helping them with luggage and making them feel comfortable on board. From then she made her way up to 2nd Stewardess.

Ian Stevens is an accomplished Chief Officer with a proven track record in managing luxury motor yachts between 40 and 75 meters. With an MCA Chief Mate 3000 COC and a suite of advanced maritime certifications, he brings expertise in navigation and passage planning, crew management, safety and security oversight, and high-end guest service to every program he joins.
Throughout his career, Ian has led deck teams, overseen complex yard periods and refits on time and within budget, and ensured strict adherence to international safety and operational standards. He has extensive experience with ABS and Cayman Island surveys, ISM protocols, immigration and port paperwork, and the coordination of maintenance, refits, and inspections. His operational reach spans the Caribbean, Mediterranean, US East Coast, and global itineraries, both in private and charter settings.

Being a hard-working, experienced and professional engineer with very good electric and electronic background and vast computer knowledge, Krešo understands the yacht works as a complete entity that doesn’t function by itself but only by the constant effort of each crew member. Since studying maritime engineering and – from 2002 - working in the yachting industry, he gained vast experience aboard yachts of 35m and bigger sizes and as an Engineer Officer on large merchant ships, amongst them the commercial ships: M/T HRVATSKA, a 280m oil tanker, a 290m passenger ship M/S CARNIVAL FREEDOM, 43m Benetti MY IDYLLWILD, 60m Abeking & Rasmussen MY ELYSIAN and 50m Alloy SY PRANA.
Krešo’s objective was to get a rotational position as chief engineer and since April 2024, he was appointed to this position on board LEL.

Damien has already gained extensive Deckhand know-how and duties since 2022, working as Sole Deckhand on the 35m MY DEEP BLUE, the 45m MY AIX and the 40m MY FARAH and the 47m MY EXPLORA and is joining the LEL crew in April 2024. He is well familiar with all maintenance work, assisting the engineer with refits, taking care of the safety equipment and carrying out general checks. Damien is also used to assist owner and guests while doing water sports and diving and also being responsible the tender all its operations. Working independently and efficiently with his time management, Damien will show his strong work ethic, his passion for the ocean and all deck duties and is very much looking forward to support his colleagues on board LEL.
In his free time, Damien likes to do all sorts of water sports, bodybuilding and fitness and is very keen on photography and videography. In the cold season, he also enjoys performing winter sports.

Stuart Campbell is a South African deckhand with over two years of experience on M/Y AL LUSAIL (123m) and M/Y NORTHERN STAR (75m), where he honed his skills in tender driving, navigational watches, crane operations and water sports management. Known for his reliability, precision and calm under pressure, Stuart ensures that every guest experience on board is seamless and safe.
Before entering the yachting industry, Stuart held senior leadership roles in international mobile technology companies, managing teams, operations and large-scale logistics. This background has strengthened his organisational and communication skills, making him an asset both on deck and in coordination with crew and guests.
