Caterina was born and raised on the beautiful island of Mallorca, where her connection to the sea and love for hospitality began. After completing her studies in economics in Barcelona, she followed her passion for travel and guest service into the yachting world two years ago.
Now serving as Chief Stewardess aboard LEMON NOT LIME, Caterina is dedicated to making guests feel truly welcome, relaxed, and cared for. She brings a cheerful, calm presence to the team, balancing a fun, friendly atmosphere with a commitment to high standards and smooth onboard operations.
Outside of her professional life, Caterina enjoys yoga, surfing, staying active, and most of all, spending time with her family. With her warm spirit and professional touch, she’s a key part of ensuring each charter on LEMON NOT LIME is unforgettable.

Whilst Felipe originally comes from the island Mallorca, he is a man of the world. His former career as a flight steward ensured endless trips to beautiful destinations, meanwhile his passion for the ocean and PADI divemaster landed him a ticket to the world under the surface. Felipe spent three years as a dive instructor around the Balearics islands, making him an excellent and experienced guide of the area.
Felipe started his seafaring career working onboard merchant ships. When he obtained his tickets his adventure as Captain in the Balearic Islands started and he spent several years on board yachts. He is an adventurous person who loves chasing adrenaline by engaging in activities such as cycling, free diving, surfing and climbing. He shares his active lifestyle together with his wife, their two kids as well as a family dog.
Onboard Lemon not Lime, Felipe’s great ability to listen makes sure the guests' needs are met and heard.

Michael is a dedicated and versatile yacht chef with a strong culinary foundation gained through his CTH Level 4 Diploma in Culinary Arts from the renowned Ashburton Chefs Academy. With over seven years of experience in the hospitality industry and recent positions onboard M/Y Lady Goodgirl and M/Y Lady Beatrice, Michael brings a professional, guest-focused approach to every galley he steps into.
He thrives on the creativity and precision involved in menu planning and food preparation, and understands the unique challenges of yacht life — from provisioning in remote locations to catering to dietary restrictions and diverse palates. Michael excels at balancing quality with efficiency, consistently delivering nutritious, flavorful meals within budget and on schedule.
While Mediterranean cuisine is his specialty, Michael enjoys rotating through a variety of global styles to keep meals fresh, seasonal, and exciting. He is calm under pressure, committed to excellence, and passionate about maintaining a happy, well-fed crew — knowing that morale starts in the galley.

Héctor Andreu is a technically proficient and highly motivated crew member with hands-on experience in deck operations and a strong foundation in marine engineering. Since joining M/Y Xarifa 1927 in January 2023, Héctor has become a key part of the technical team, demonstrating excellent mechanical knowledge and a proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving.
With a background that includes engine maintenance, mechanical systems diagnostics, and general technical support, Héctor is well-prepared for roles on modern motor yachts where precision, efficiency, and reliability are essential. His time onboard has sharpened his ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues quickly and effectively, making him a valuable asset to any engineering team.
Héctor is also a strong team player with a professional mindset and a keen desire to continue advancing his skills in the yachting industry. He is currently completing his final training with Boluda Remolcadores, which further solidifies his readiness for a full-time role in either a deck or junior engineering capacity.

Growing up by the sea in Devon, Lois developed a natural love for the ocean and water sports from a young age. When she’s not looking after guests, she enjoys swimming, water polo, and exploring new destinations.
Her love for travelling recently took her backpacking across Southeast Asia, further fueling her passion for finding new places and meeting new people.
This is Lois’s first season as a stewardess, and she is excited to bring her enthusiasm and experience to the Balearics. She has a strong background in hospitality and has also worked as a lifeguard, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests on the water.
