Dimitris, after six years in the hospitality industry and on passenger vessels, decided to follow his true passion and joined the yachting industry in 2012. He now has almost a decade of experience on motor yachts and holds a speed boat operator license and a PADI diving license. He is a very friendly and gentle person with great interpersonal skills who truly defines the phrase ‘ready, willing and able’, and, along with the rest of the crew, is very attentive to the guests’ needs and desires.

Thanassis began his career at sea working on bulk carriers more than 20 years ago. He acquired the class A engineer’s diploma along with all the STCW certificates in 2017. He also had the chance to gain significant experience during Dry-docking of the company’s vessels in various shipyards. Additionally, during his career he had the opportunity to attend new buildings during the process of ship’s construction and ship’s launching and delivery. His skills include troubleshooting, crisis management and multitasking.

Eleni holds two degrees - first a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and secondly a Master’s Degree in Actuarial and Risk Management from the University of Piraeus. Her previous professional background includes positions such as Personal Trainer in Functional training, TRX, Cross fit, Weight & Running Coach, Mathematics -Statistics and Economics Teacher, Chemistry teacher, Hostess at Ark Restaurant, Financial Advisor at Grand Thornton Greece. She has of course based on her knowledge great analytical Skills, Communication skills and she is highly determined to succeed in her new adventure in the Yachting industry.

Panagiotis holds a plumbing license and used to work as a plumber for many years but in 2014, he decided to follow a different path and joined yachting. After multiple successful seasons as a deckhand on luxury motor yachts he is now a member of our skilled crew and an asset to our team. He loves working at sea and he is a hard worker, discreet and efficient when it comes to our guests’ safety and security.

Since 2021 when Nikoletta joined the yachting industry as 2nd Stewardess on board Daloli a 45m charter motor yacht, she has acquired four years of experience in customer service including other yachts and cabin crew at Aegean Airlines. This has taught her how to be flexible under various circumstances while providing her guests high quality of service so as to fulfil their experience. Undeniably teamwork has a vital role in order to achieve such standards. In 2023 while she was working on 48m OASIS, the yacht attended MEDYS YACHT SHOW 2023 in Nafplio, providing lunch and dinners for 12 brokers.

Chef Stratos is a graduate of Le Monde Institute of Hotel and Tourism studies, holds a culinary arts diploma and has attended multiple seminars on worldwide cooking techniques. Apart from his experience in charter & private luxury yachts he has worked in prestigious restaurants in Athens, Mykonos, Rhodes and Santorini. With almost twenty years of active experience Chef Stratos is joining the team of L’Equinox ready to offer an outstanding culinary experience through his unique creations.

Captain Dimitris has 11 years maritime experience in Oil tankers and later in private and charter yachts. He is a Certified Watercraft instructor of the Royal Yachting Association, a Water sports instructor HWSF (in progress) and holds a Scuba diving PADI certificate. He is hardworking, trained to work under all circumstances, with a high team spirit very social and friendly, able to communicate with various nationalities. His organizational skills, team and crisis management, problem solving, strategic thinking and leadership skills along with his positive attitude make him an asset for any yacht.
