Ivan is a Spanish captain with over twenty years at sea and a career built across two of the most demanding environments in yachting — the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. The Balearics, the French and Italian Rivieras, Corsica, Sardinia, and the Caribbean islands are waters he knows well, having run luxury charters across all of them on both sail and motor yachts.
He came up through the industry the proper way — working on board before working his way to the helm — and that hands-on background shows. He’s as comfortable diagnosing a mechanical issue as he is navigating a tricky anchorage or looking after a full boat of guests. Twenty years leaves very little room for surprises.
His style as a captain is quiet and professional. He leads without making a fuss of it, keeps the crew working well together, and makes sure guests feel safe and looked after without it ever feeling like an operation. Safety is non-negotiable for him, but it runs in the background — what guests notice is how smoothly everything seems to go.
He’s worked with all kinds of clients over the years, from private families to high-end charter groups, and the experience shows in how naturally he adapts to whoever is on board. His priority is simple: that guests leave with the feeling that they couldn’t have done it better.

Captain
Dennis is a Venezuelan captain with German and Peruvian roots — a background that gives him the kind of easy adaptability that makes life on board run better for everyone. His relationship with the sea started young, growing up around his mother’s charter boats, and that early immersion never really left him. He found his professional footing in Ibiza, where he’s built his reputation over the past several years.
His work is in the exterior — hull cleaning and maintenance, engine room upkeep, and the kind of day-to-day care that keeps a boat looking and running as it should. He also has solid hands-on knowledge of onboard electrics and light mechanical maintenance, which means he can deal with issues properly rather than just flag them for someone else.
What stands out about Dennis is how much he genuinely cares — about the boat, about doing the job well, and about the people he works alongside. He believes that good humour and a positive atmosphere on board aren’t extras, they’re part of what makes a crew actually function. The teams he’s been part of tend to agree.

Deckhand
Argentine-Spanish by nationality and Ibiza by choice, Cecilia has called the island home for over a decade — a fitting base for someone whose professional life is entirely shaped by the sea. At 43, she brings ten years of maritime experience to every charter, underpinned by a depth of practical knowledge that sets her apart.
Her career began at the operational core of the industry, spending six years in vessel cleaning, logistics, and maintenance. That hands-on foundation gave her an unusually thorough understanding of how yachts work — knowledge she carries into every aspect of her role on board. Since 2023, she has combined interior and deck duties, bridging the worlds of operations and guest service with equal confidence.
As a Hostess, Cecilia is organised, proactive, and consistently attentive to detail. She assists with manoeuvres and anchoring with the ease of someone who truly knows the vessel, while her focus on guests never wavers — always ensuring that every person on board feels comfortable, safe, and genuinely well looked after. Her team spirit and service-first attitude make her a natural and valued presence on any crew.

Hostess
Raul handles everything that happens in the galley — from provisioning and planning through to plating and service. His cooking is rooted in Mediterranean cuisine, and he has a particular touch with rice dishes, meat and fresh fish: food that’s full of flavour but never overdone, built around good ingredients and balance rather than fuss.
2026 is his fifth year on board Lex, which means he knows the galley the way a chef should know their kitchen — its rhythms, its limits, and exactly how to get the best out of it. That familiarity shows in how smoothly service runs, even on the busiest days.
Off the pass, Raul is the kind of crew member who lifts the atmosphere just by being there. His energy is warm and genuine, and his attitude towards the team is the same as his attitude towards his food — he takes pride in doing things properly and is always ready to pitch in wherever he’s needed. When the day allows, you’ll find him working alongside his crewmates on whatever needs doing.
Five seasons with the same boat and the same team is a statement in itself.
