His career also includes solid knowledge in maintenance and repairment. Ivan always performs his role as captain with a professional and responsible approach.
Calm by nature, he stands out for his leadership skills and strong team spirit. As a captain, he prioritizes the safety of the vessel, the crew, and the guests, while striving to
deliver impeccable service and an exceptional onboard experience.

For 12 years, Pilar has been developing her career and gaining international experience in various regions such as the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, the Adriatic, and the Baltic, smoothly adapting to vessels of different lengths and demonstrating great versatility in diverse sailing environments.
She has also taken part in prestigious nautical events such as the America’s Cup in Valencia and Barcelona, experiences that have further enriched her career in the industry.
She stands out for her professional attitude and her excellent ability to integrate and collaborate within a team. Pilar has a warm, diplomatic, polite, and loyal personality—qualities that make her a valuable asset on board.

Dennis is a dynamic individual with a passion for the nautical world. His connection with the sea began at a very young age, sailing on charter boats owned by his mother. This early bond with navigation shaped his professional path, which he has solidified in recent years in Ibiza.
He has extensive experience as a deckhand, responsible for cleaning and maintenance of both the hull and the engine parts. In addition, he possesses solid knowledge of onboard electrical systems and light mechanical maintenance, allowing him to always ensure the vessel’s proper functioning.
Passionate about his profession, Dennis stands out for his commitment to the comprehensive upkeep of the boat and for fostering a positive work environment. He firmly believes that
camaraderie, good humour, and laughter are key to facing daily life on board and working as a united and effective team.

Raul oversees everything related to the kitchen—from logistical planning to food preparation and final service.
His specialty is Mediterranean cuisine, with a particular talent for rice dishes, meats, and seafood, delivering meals that are full of flavour, balance, and freshness.
With his cheerful and approachable personality, he brings essential positive energy to the onboard work environment. His passion for a job well done is evident both in the kitchen and in his attitude toward the team, always willing to help and contribute to the overall smooth running of the yacht.
When time allows, he actively supports his crewmates with any necessary task. This is his fourth year aboard Lex, giving him deep knowledge and mastery of the
yacht’s galley.
