He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Southampton and trained as a marine engineer with Trinity House, combining strong technical expertise with real-world operational experience. On board, William’s primary responsibility is ensuring the vessel runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently at all times — and he takes great pride in delivering a seamless experience for guests.
