Milan grew up in Split, Croatia. As a child he used to spend his summers on the Adriatic coast with countless hours on rowing and sailing. In Milan’s family sailing has been tradition for generations, so engineering and love for yachting followed him naturally.
Milan started his career when he was just nineteen years of age and has since then gained invaluable experience to become expert in engineering department.
In his spare time, you will find Milan enjoy traveling to remote destinations with his wife and two teenage daughters.

As an enthusiastic Bosun, Matthew is driven by his ambition to grow within the industry and ultimately achieve his goal of becoming a captain. Holding a PWC Instructor’s license, he brings a valuable skill set to his role, ensuring the smooth operation of deck activities. Beyond his maritime pursuits, Matthew’s interests are as diverse as his skill set, spanning football, rugby, squash, surfing, and cricket. With a dedicated spirit and a keen eye for leadership, Matthew is poised to make waves in his yachting career, steadily ascending towards his captaincy goals.
