Candela is a versatile hostess and cook with hands-on experience in yachting, hospitality, and guest service. She spent three months sailing aboard a catamaran in Brazil, assisting with navigation, deck operations, daily maintenance, and onboard service. Her experience as a barmaid and entertainer has given her a strong sense of hospitality and guest care.

Currently training to become a Yacht Captain, she holds the STCW Basic Safety Training, Coastal and Offshore Navigation Certificates, and brings a proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude onboard.

Fluent in Spanish (native), English (C1), Italian and Portuguese, Candela is comfortable working with international clientele. During the winter season, she works in luxury 5-star ski resorts , where she has developed high standards of housekeeping, attention to detail, and service excellence.

Dynamic, discreet, and highly motivated, Candela is dedicated to delivering a warm and professional guest experience aboard M/Y LIDA.

Baptiste, who is 26 years old, was born in the Gulf of Ajaccio and grew up by the sea. Passionate about water sports from a very young age, he excels in wakeboarding, surfing, and fishing. Having sailed with his parents, each owning their own boat, he gained early and extensive experience in navigation.

At 18, Baptiste earned his captain's license and has since been navigating prestigious yachts. He took on the role of captain on "LIDA" in May 2024, cruising through Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, and Italy for five months. Summer 2025, Baptiste and LIDA cruise Italy Montenegro and Croatia .His professionalism and dedication were so impressive that the owner rehired him for the 2026 season on the same vessel.

Baptiste commits to providing exceptional service, going above and beyond to meet client expectations. He has a strong work ethic and accomplishes every task with great success. Known for his calm demeanor and kindness, he ensures a pleasant and safe sailing experience. He speaks fluent French and English and some Italian.
