Rich is originally from North Yorkshire, growing up in Saudi Arabia and the UK; now calling Newquay, the British water sports Capital, home. Inspired by his father who worked at sea in the Royal Navy, he began his career at age 18 joining Princess Cruises, where he worked for five years before transitioning to the yachting sector, where he has thrived for the past 12 years. He specialises in world-traveling yachts, offering both adventure and sports-based experiences. Outside of work, he has a passion for travel, motorsport, adventure sports, and maintaining an active lifestyle. He believes time is the most expensive thing a man can spend; and strives to spend his meeting interesting people, experiencing new cultures and seeing the world.

Vanja was born and raised in Croatia. His first contact with yachts was on his family sailing yacht, and started sailing competitively at the age of six. After completing two years of service in the Croatian Navy, he decided to start his career on large yachts. It has taken him on extensive travels onboard both private and charter yachts, covering all the continents including an expedition to Antarctica. He gained his British Coastguard 3000-ton Master of Yachts License when he was 27, and soon after he took control of a yacht cruising South East Asia and Australia.
When he is not at sea, Vanja enjoys skiing and classic car renovation. He is a motorcycle enthusiast and can proudly claim to be the first Croatian to have ridden around the world on his motorbike.
His Thai and Scottish heritage mixed with growing up in the middle east gives him a unique cultural upbringing. His immediate goals are to advance his career and get in better shape. He enjoys wakeboarding, rock climbing, cooking, cycling, and golf - despite lacking in skill. He strives towards the Japanese philosophy of 'Kaizen' - constant improvement.
Daniel is the Second Engineer on board. Originally from Sweden, he has always had a strong connection to the ocean, which naturally led him to pursue a career at sea. With a solid background in marine engineering, Daniel plays a key role in maintaining the vessel’s technical operations to the highest standards.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Daniel is passionate about motorbikes and adventurous travel. He enjoys exploring remote coastlines and cruising along mountain roads, always seeking new experiences and the thrill of the open road.

Kyle Grew Up in Umhlanga Rocks on the east coast of South Africa where most boys treat the ocean as their first home. From fishing to watersports, Kyle feels very fortunate for his seaside upbringing. He has over twelve years experience onboard yachts cruising across the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Oceans and around the Mediterranean and Carribbean. Kyle also holds his MCA Master 3000GT and is known for his friendly and enthusiastic persona.
Kyles hobbies include wakeboarding, snowboarding, football and is an extremely passionate and patriotic rugby supporter.

Georgina is originally from the vibrant city of Liverpool; she brings a spirited energy and deep-rooted love for the sea to every vessel she steps on. She began her maritime journey with a cadetship through Carnival UK, where she gained a strong foundation in seamanship and life at sea. This experience sparked a passion for travel and adventure that continues to drive her career in the yachting industry.
When she’s not working on board, Georgina splits her time in sunny Spain, soaking up the coastal lifestyle she adores. An avid traveller, she thrives on exploring new places and cultures. Her active lifestyle includes running, playing beach volleyball, and making the most of life outdoors.
With a warm personality, strong work ethic, and a genuine love for the ocean, Georgina is a valued addition to any crew.

Marsell is a South African-born chef with a passion for culinary exploration. After completing his formal culinary training, he refined his skills in a variety of fine dining restaurants and luxury hotels. Eager to explore new horizons, Marsell transitioned into the yachting industry, where he has been able to combine his love of cooking with global travel. Through his journeys, he has discovered diverse cuisines and continuously elevated his craft, delivering exceptional culinary experiences on board.

Ryan is a proud Kiwi boy who has ended up exploring the world by crossing the big blue on yachts. He grew up in Mount Maunganui enjoying one of New Zealands most beautiful coastlines. Growing up, he kept himself busy competing in surf lifesaving and triathlon. In his spare time you will find him in the surf sharing the waves with the Orca Whales back home, out in a boat fishing with the boys or heading down Hunters Creek wakeboarding and skiing.
Before Ryan got into yachting, he worked as a sparky back home and is now looking to develop these skills further in the marine engineering industry.
Emily is from Queensland Austraila. Prior to starting her yachting career as a deckhand she worked as a Personal Trainer in the Australian Navy for four years. When Emily is not working you will find her scuba or free diving and loves to take the opportunity to explore the new countries she finds herself in. She loves the ocean and all watersports, being outdoors and active makes Emily very happy.

Rebecca grew up in Fiordland New Zealand in a town called TeAnau. This area of NZ is part of a national park with lakes and mountains.
In 2009 she studied Beauty Therapy and 6 years later she went back and got her Diploma in Therapeutic massage.
Rebecca has been working with professional New Zealand sports athletes from the All-blacks NZ Rugby team including men and women’s regional teams. Cricket, golf, boxing, marathon runners, basketball and tennis were some of her clients. She worked in Spas and run her own clinic and contracted to many high-end hotels and resorts. She is very passionate about being a spa therapist and loves to create a bespoke treatment tailored to the individual person.
