Alex is from a small town in North Yorkshire. Her family ran their own hospitality business, so she was introduced to the industry at a young age. Growing up surrounded by guests and seeing the care her family put into every detail, developed her love for looking after people and creating memorable experiences.
With a natural flare for sport. Alex spent her school years playing lacrosse and Athletics. Wanting to gain more experience in the industry, Alex started working in a luxury hotel. She discovered how much she enjoyed the pace and precision of high-end service and realised she wanted a career that combined hospitality with adventure, which naturally led her into yachting.
Alex loves life at sea, the ever-changing scenery, learning something new and that each day can be different. Sociable and outgoing, she enjoys exploring architecture and history, keeping active, and discovering new places. For her, yachting offers the perfect balance of challenge, travel, and working in an environment she genuinely loves and has a passion for.
Archie grew up with a strong pull toward the ocean and a natural appetite for challenge. From a young age, he trained and competed as an amateur boxer, an experience that shaped his discipline, resilience, and mental toughness. Alongside his competitive background, Archie has always maintained a deep appreciation for physical training and an active lifestyle. Travel and new experiences have further broadened his perspective, ultimately leading him into the world of yachting.
Before fully committing to the industry, Archie balanced creative work with hands-on roles, developing a sharp eye for detail and visual storytelling while maintaining a strong physical routine.
Now building his career on deck, Archie brings focus, professionalism, and a genuine love for life at sea. Whether supporting deck operations, assisting with guest activities, or contributing to the smooth running of a busy program, he approaches every task with quiet determination and enthusiasm. His long-term ambition is to combine his adventurous lifestyle with creative storytelling, capturing the unique world of yachting and ocean travel.

Ryan was born in South Africa, growing up in a family with a deep love for the African bush, he spent his formative years living across the continent — from Ghana and Kenya to Eritrea — following his father’s work as an expat. This upbringing instilled in him an adventurous spirit, an adaptability to new environments, and a genuine curiosity for the world that has never left him.
Drawn to the sea with the same sense of adventure that defined his early years, Ryan pursued a career in maritime and ultimately found his place in the superyacht industry, where the combination of travel, challenge, and life on the water felt like a natural fit.
He currently serves as Second Officer on board Limerence, with long-term ambitions to earn his Master’s licence and one day take the helm of his own vessel.
When he steps ashore, Ryan is most at home outdoors. An avid fisherman, hiker, cyclist, and water sports enthusiast, he is rarely found far from either the water or the wilderness. He is also currently in the process of rebuilding a classic Land Rover Discovery 2 — a project that speaks to his hands-on nature and patience for getting things right.
With a warm, grounded character forged by a life lived across continents, Ryan brings both professionalism and genuine character to every crew he is part of.
