Sieg, short for Siegfreidt, grew up in a small university town about eight hours’ drive from the nearest coastline. His love for the ocean didn’t begin until a holiday snorkeling trip, but from that moment, the sea has been calling him back ever since.
After finishing school, Sieg spent three years working as a sales representative for a supplement company in South Africa, managing 31 stores and representing the brand across the region. He thrived in the fitness industry, but eventually realized there was a bigger world waiting to be explored. Determined to make a change, he sold his car and furniture to fund his yachting courses — a bold move that marked the start of his career at sea.
Since then, he hasn't looked back.

Alex was born in the Canary Islands and spent his childhood on the sea, sailing dinghies and windsurfing to a high standard. His professional sailing career started when he was 18 years old and stranded in Gibraltar. After an eventful delivery to his hometown of Las Palmas on a 9.4m yacht he was hooked and except for his university years has been working in the yachting industry full-time since 1996. As well as having a strong classic boat and racing background, Alex’s interest in sea mammals has led him to spend several years working aboard a research vessel, studying whale and dolphin populations. Combining this sea time with those spent crewing and skippering super yachts, Alex has accumulated close to 500,000 nautical miles, half of them as captain. He has sailed across all the major oceans, visiting places very much off the beaten track as well as the more popular cruising regions in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Pacific Ocean. This breadth of knowledge makes him a great resource in almost any location you may be likely to cruise. Alex is MCA Master 3000T certified and holds a PADI Divemaster ticket. He runs MY LIND to a high standard and has a team of experienced, professional, and dynamic crew who will provide guests onboard with first class service and a memorable yachting experience.

Dylan has enjoyed working on yachts since 2011, where he started as a deckhand/personal trainer before progressing toward his current position as Chief Officer.
Although he loves to travel, the Gold Coast, Australia will always be home for him - it’s his perfect playground for good surf, spearfishing and skydiving. He also has a passion for photography - particularly family and dog portraits at his local beach, but more than anything he enjoys getting lost in a new adventure. One of his most memorable was rebuilding a boat before rowing it across the Atlantic Ocean in a 52-day crossing with one of his best friends, climbing mountains in Central and South America, and more recently cycling through Patagonia.
Between his more adrenaline fuelled hobbies, he enjoys early morning swims at his local beach, spending time with his nephews, and dreaming up his next challenge over a good coffee.

Percival was born in the beautiful seaside county of Devon, but had the privilege of growing up in Sri Lanka with his twin sisters and older brothers. It was in Sri Lanka that he spent a lot of time on the beach where he learned to build bow and arrows. His father was an architect and his mother had her own cooking school, which enabled Percy to have fun and explore his creativity...
At 14 he moved back to the UK, which was a little scary at first, but sociable Percy loved making new friends and found England to have a lot more to offer. It was at this time that Percy joined the Army cadets where he enjoyed frequent camping and late night ambushes. As a lover of sports, it didn't take long for Percy to become Captain of the school cricket team and lead them to many victories. He also found a new passion for rugby.
Percy went on to become a waiter at Babington House, part of the exclusive Soho House group. But he couldn't part with his love for the sea, and began his yachting career with a delivery from Gibraltar to Devon on a 45ft sailing boat. The rest is history.
