Ian hails from the South American country of Uruguay, where as a young child he and his brother built small boats and sailed them across a tiny lake near their home.
His interest in all things boat-related continued, when he studied Naval Engineering at the Uruguayan Naval academy. After graduating in 2019, he joined the yachting industry and hasn’t looked back.
Ian believes the yachting industry is an environment where he can make a positive impact on his workplace, add value to his team and learn more technical knowledge.
Away from yachting, Ian loves to spend time with his family and best friends at home.

Morgan was born in France, growing up in his mother's home town of Bergerac in the wine region of Bordeaux and spending holidays in the ocean city of La Rochelle where the seagoing family tradition made its mark.
Graduating with an engineering degree in 2001, he set off to work around the world in various industries from Australian mining to wine making in Sonoma valley.
The call of sea finally caught up with him when he took a marine propulsion job in Holland that sent him all over the globe to fix boats until he came across a yacht Captain stranded in Malta that made him a party of the crew. Since then Morgan has never left the yachting world and accumulated both sea miles and vast engineering experience holding his 9000 kW licence.
Along the way also came his greatest adventure, his wife Ella with whom he has two children Phœnix and Tayja living in Mallorca, Spain.
He will be happy to show you around MY Lind or answer any of your questions whether technical or not.

Axel studied at the Mexican Merchant Navy school to be a mechanical engineer, just like his father and brothers, who all work at sea.
He graduated in his hometown of Mazatlán, Mexico in 2016 and has since worked on a variety of boats in the Pacific. These have included tuna fishing boats, a dive boat that specialised in the Great White Sharks in Guadalupe Island and conservation vessel Sea Shepherd Operation Milagro V in the Sea of Cortez.
It was here he met a Chief Engineer who introduced him to the super yacht industry, and in 2019 he worked for 2 years on a yacht in South-East Asia, meeting many interesting people, learning about the culture and watching beautiful sunsets. Following this, Axel spent a season in the Caribbean on a sailing catamaran.
Axel likes to keep a healthy lifestyle and stay active with weight training, hiking, yoga, acroyoga, stretching and meditating. He likes a good conversation with a cup of coffee, as well as playing guitar, hand drum, and many other creative ways of expression, including drawing, music and dancing.
