Ashleigh is a Second Stewardess with five years of yachting experience and a warm, attentive approach to guest service. Originally from South Africa, her drive and dedication were evident from a young age, leading to her selection for both the South African National Rugby and Hockey teams.
Alongside her sporting achievements, Ashleigh holds degrees in Human Movement Science and Psychology.
With a love for travel, animals, and meeting new people, Ashleigh thrives in the yachting environment and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for guests on board.

Suzi grew up in a beautiful little village in South Africa, where people are very community-oriented. She decided 12 years ago to venture into the superyacht industry and quickly fell in love with the adventures and the opportunity to meet people from all cultures and backgrounds.
Suzi works alongside her partner, Captain Troy, and together they make a dedicated and well-balanced team. They enjoy sharing new destinations, experiences, and expeditions, and feel most at home when they’re working side by side.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Suzi’s zest for life and love for people shine through. She enjoys exploring new destinations through travel, finding tranquility in hiking and jogging amidst nature’s wonders, expressing herself through the art of dance, finding inner balance through yoga, and immersing herself in the world of music and literature. Suzi has a vibrant energy and a passion for life.

Keely is a motivated and enthusiastic 3rd Stewardess with three years of experience in the yachting industry. Originally from Durban, South Africa, she brings a warm, positive energy on board and thrives in team environments where attention to detail and exceptional guest service are paramount.
A natural people person, Keely takes pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for both guests and crew. She is recognised for her strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and ability to uphold high service standards while remaining calm, professional, and composed under pressure.
Outside of yachting, Keely enjoys horse riding, maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness and gym training, and expressing her creativity through art. She is also passionate about travel and discovering different cultures, experiences that have further strengthened her adaptability and interpersonal skills.

From Venezuela, Héctor brings over 20 years of engineering expertise to the yachting industry. With a strong background in diesel and electric motors, electrical systems, and troubleshooting, he ensures smooth and safe vessel operations at all times. His career spans tankers, chemical tankers, cargo vessels, tugboats, and barges, giving him a wealth of technical knowledge and versatility. Beyond engineering, Héctor is a proud family man who values teamwork and a positive onboard atmosphere. Passionate about Spanish music and his Venezuelan roots, he brings warmth, dedication, and energy that make him a valued member of any charter team.

Troy is a passionate adventurer hailing from beautiful New Zealand. With a lifelong connection to boating and the ocean, he has immersed himself in the yachting industry for over 25 active years, which has taken him to many diverse corners of the globe. When not embarking on nautical pursuits, Troy is an avid artist, dabbling in various mediums including wood carving, furniture making, and design.
Troy thrives on creating experiences where his creative side comes out to help find or craft memorable moments. This creative streak and his desire to keep things interesting and colourful are evident in his outlook. Troy’s partner, Suzi, works alongside him, and together they make a dedicated, well-balanced team—enjoying new destinations and adventures together.

Troy Dodds
Captain
Paul (PJ) is a dedicated and hardworking deck professional with solid experience in the yachting industry. Born and raised in South Africa, he brings a strong work ethic, resilience, and a positive attitude to every role he takes on.
Known for his reliability and hands-on approach, PJ has progressed through his positions with a commitment to maintaining high standards on deck. He is confident across all aspects of deck operations, including maintenance, tender driving, guest activities, and safety procedures.
A team-oriented individual, PJ works well under pressure and leads by example, contributing to a smooth and efficient onboard environment. His practical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities allow him to consistently deliver safe and effective operations while supporting an exceptional guest experience.
Outside of yachting, PJ has a passion for soccer and enjoys staying active. His disciplined and hardworking nature carries through both professionally and personally, making him a valuable and dependable crew member.

Paul Justin Voigt
Bosun
Originally from South Africa, Juan spent the first 12 years of his life growing up in Botswana. His love for the outdoors and the ocean made joining the yachting industry a natural choice, and it has been a career he has genuinely enjoyed ever since.
After moving to a town built around a lake, Juan developed a strong passion for watersports and boating. It was there that he learned to drive tenders and enjoyed activities such as wakeboarding, tubing, and canoeing.
Juan comes from a close-knit family and is one of two siblings; his brother also works in the yachting industry as a chef. Outside of work, Juan is passionate about golf and would happily play every day if he could. More recently, he has taken up padel, a sport he thoroughly enjoys and has quickly grown to love.

Juan Van Wyk
Deckhand
Growing up on his family’s resort in the breathtaking Drakensberg mountains of South Africa, James developed an early appreciation for the outdoors, adventure and life on the water. Coming from a family of seafarers - with a captain brother, chief stewardess sister and a father who has always owned boats - yachting was a natural fit. Now serving as Chief Officer, James combines professionalism, high standards and a keen eye for detail with a calm, approachable personality.
Holding his Chief Mate CoC and working towards the Captain’s chair, he takes great pride in ensuring every charter runs seamlessly. When he’s not on deck, you’ll find him trail running, hiking mountains (including Kilimanjaro), enjoying watersports, following the rugby (Springboks), or planning his next adventure. He loves that yachting combines travel, new cultures and the ocean into one rewarding career.

James Knox
First Officer
Originally from Mexico, Luis has spent most of his career in Spain, where he trained at ESHOB, one of Barcelona’s most prestigious culinary schools, and further refined his craft through advanced pastry studies at Espai Sucre and a plant-based programme at Le Cordon Bleu.
His cooking brings together Mexican roots and Mediterranean precision: bold, seasonal and executed to Michelin standards.
With over 15 years of experience on private and charter yachts ranging from 34 to 140 metres, Luis has worked with some of the most discerning principals in the industry. His experience includes three years as a dedicated travelling private chef for a UHNW family across their yacht and residences in Monaco, Los Angeles, St. Moritz and St. Barts, as well as leading a five-chef galley on a 78-metre vessel.
Calm under pressure, detail-oriented and genuinely passionate about his craft, Luis brings warmth and quiet excellence to every table he sets.

Luis Rojas

Franco was born in Australia and grew up in the Garden Route and Cape Town so the ocean’s always been a huge part of who he is. He loves the water, adventure, and anything outdoors - surfing, watersports, training.
His first career was as a professional rugby player however after an injury, he moved into studying business and personal training. Fitness has now become a big part of both his personal and professional life, where he has enjoying being able to bring his background into yachting with training both guests and crew.
He’s worked on very busy and popular charter yachts, including dual-season vessels, with a strong focus on watersports, guest interaction, and high-energy charter operations. His outgoing nature, positive attitude and love for people, allows him to thrive in fast-paced environments. He brings good energy, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for the ocean.
