After gaining valuable experience on a larger vessel, she transitioned into the world of yachting. With over 3 years in the industry, Lisa is dedicated to bringing positive vibes on board and ensuring everyone has an enjoyable experience.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Lisa has a wide range of interests, including skiing, singing, and hairdressing.

Luca was born in Padua, Italy where he owned and managed a small restaurant for almost four years. This experience gave him the ability to have financial control of the kitchen, to understand what customers want and to establish the best products for the menu. In 2016, he moved to Australia to expand his knowledge and experience. Here he become head chef of an Italian restaurant for two years. With a lifelong love of the water and a desire to relocate to Europe, he made the move into the yachting industry and started his career on a 30m motor yacht, Viking Legacy. Working for both owners and guests he enjoyed the challenges of demands from roasted shellfish platters to ceviches, hand-made pasta, breads (including gluten-free), to hand-cut tartare (both seafood and meat) and of course, a diverse mix of beautiful salads and vegetables dishes to suit all palates and regimes.

Born in the Philippines, Amiel began his yachting journey in 2004 after moving to Barcelona, Spain. Starting out as a day worker, his dedication and strong work ethic quickly earned him roles as a deckhand, bosun, and eventually Captain. With an impressive 30 years in the maritime industry, Amiel brings a wealth of hands-on experience and leadership to every role. He holds an MCA Master 200 license and has captained vessels ranging from 23 to 27 meters, while also managing deck operations as bosun on 55-meter yachts. Deeply passionate about life at sea, Amiel enjoys water sports such as jet skiing and swimming in his spare time. Known for his hardworking nature and positive attitude, he’s a respected and valued member of the crew.

Originally from London, Ryan was raised in the South of France, where he spent much of his childhood living on and off a sailing bot from the age of 7 to 13. His early love for the water developed through extensive dinghy sailing in Sardinia and the Mediterranean, including time on 420s and Hobie Cats. He entered the yachting industry at 17 and has since worked aboard a range of motor yachts from 45m to 85m. Known for his driven and adaptable nature, Ryan thrives in team environments. As a keen sportsman, he enjoys playing rugby, tennis, and golf and is also an advanced skier. In his spare time, he is deeply involved in charitable initiatives and regularly participates in fundraising events and enjoys reading on personal development and finance. Ryan is known for his driven, social, adaptable nature and looks forward to sailing with you.

Originally from Cornwall, UK, Jess grew up surrounded by the sea, which naturally sparked her passion for the ocean and adventure. With a background in housekeeping during her school years, she developed a strong foundation in attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Over the past two years, Jess has built her yachting experience on both busy private and charter vessels, further enhancing her hospitality skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Simon has worked in the yachting for over 24 years. Coming from an amateur sailing background he started out as race crew for Maxi sailing yachts and then started to work as crew on high profile motor yachts. He has been involved with charter and yacht shows since 2001.
Simon took his first command position in 2007 and has been Captain on 30-55m yachts both charter and private, working with high profile owners and celebrity guests. He is a specialist in Eastern and Western Mediterranean cruising areas as well as working with a large variety of guest nationalities.

Lars Comes from the Danish commercial fleet and has been working in yachting since 2010. His approach to all the technical aspect of the yacht is professional and his work is done in a patient and thoughtful way. In his spare time, he enjoys meditating, working out, Qi-gong, tai chi and kayaking.
