Ethan is a South African Chief Officer with over eight years of experience on yachts ranging from 55m to 85m. With a strong focus on safety and professionalism, he plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations onboard while maintaining the highest standards for guests and crew alike.
Calm and approachable, Ethan enjoys interacting with guests and is dedicated to creating a relaxed, enjoyable experience for everyone on board. Outside of his duties, he has a keen. interest in fitness, golf, and a wide range of watersports, always embracing an active lifestyle both on and off the water.

Luca was born in Padua, Italy where he owned and managed a small restaurant for almost four years. This experience gave him the ability to have financial control of the kitchen, to understand what customers want and to establish the best products for the menu. In 2016, he moved to Australia to expand his knowledge and experience. Here he become head chef of an Italian restaurant for two years. With a lifelong love of the water and a desire to relocate to Europe, he made the move into the yachting industry and started his career on a 30m motor yacht, Viking Legacy. Working for both owners and guests he enjoyed the challenges of demands from roasted shellfish platters to ceviches, hand-made pasta, breads (including gluten-free), to hand-cut tartare (both seafood and meat) and of course, a diverse mix of beautiful salads and vegetables dishes to suit all palates and regimes.

Originally from Venezuela, Maria developed a passion for travel early in life. After completing her studies in Technical Civil Construction, she began exploring the world, working in modelling across Asia and South Africa before transitioning into yachting.
As Chief Stewardess, Maria is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere on board. With a strong eye for detail, she excels in guest service, from beautifully curated table settings to cocktails and personalized experiences. Her creativity, positive energy, and natural leadership ensure smooth operations while delivering a relaxed yet refined onboard environment.
In her free time, Maria enjoys reading, hiking, skating, and discovering new restaurants and cultures, while maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.

Captain Ridvan Aybars Sayli is a highly experienced Turkish seafarer with a career at sea spanning over a decade. Having spent seven years in the commercial sector before transitioning to yachting, he brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to his role.
He has served as an officer and Chief Mate on yachts from 40m to 80m, and as Captain on vessels between 20m and 55m, demonstrating strong leadership and operational expertise. Captain Ridvan has extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean, Adriatic, Aegean, and Red Seas, with a particular focus on safe navigation and efficient vessel management.

Ralldo was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and is currently in his fourth season in the yachting industry. Over the past three seasons, he has gained solid hands-on experience working as both a deckhand and chase boat captain, developing strong seamanship skills and confidence on the water. Friendly, adventurous, and dependable, he thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a positive, energetic attitude to every team he joins.

In his free time, Ralldo enjoys staying active through fitness, exploring new destinations, and taking part in group activities with fellow crew members. Whether discovering hidden gems in port towns or joining crew adventures, he approaches every opportunity with enthusiasm and is always ready for the next challenge.

Thea is a positive and enthusiastic stewardess from Sweden with experience in luxury service, both on yachts and in high-end chalets in the Italian Alps. With a background in bartending, waitressing, and high-level guest service, she’ll bring a versatile set of skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure exceptional and unforgettable guest experiences!

Jake grew up on the Isle of Wight, where the sea has always been a central part of his life. From a young age, he knew the maritime industry was where he belonged. Having owned boats and jet skis throughout his life, Jake feels most confident and at home on the water. He also enjoys meeting new people and learning about different cultures, which has further fueled his passion for working in a dynamic and global industry like maritime.

Oguz is the Chief Engineer, bringing a strong background in commercial marine operations and Mechanical Engineering. He plays a key role in ensuring all onboard systems run smoothly and efficiently, supporting safe operations and a seamless, comfortable experience for guests throughout every charter. Known for his calm and dependable nature, Oguz works proactively behind the scenes to prevent issues before they arise, allowing guests to relax and fully enjoy their time on board.

Highly organised and solutions-driven, he works closely with the Captain and crew to maintain optimal performance both at sea and at anchor. His steady presence and attention to detail help ensure uninterrupted comfort, reliability, and peace of mind for guests.

Outside of his engineering role, Oguz enjoys videography, capturing life at sea and the beauty of the destinations visited. He also has a strong interest in history and local culture, enjoying the exploration of landmarks and stories in each port.
