Paolo was born near Naples, in Southern Italy, where his passion for cuisine and local food traditions began at an early age. Inspired by the authentic flavours of the Mediterranean and Campanian culinary heritage, he has dedicated himself to cooking from a young age, turning his lifelong passion into a profession.
Throughout his career, Paolo has gained valuable experience both in restaurants and onboard yachts, developing a refined yet genuine culinary style focused on fresh, local ingredients and traditional Mediterranean cuisine.
Highly organised, flexible, and attentive to detail, Paolo is particularly appreciated for his positive attitude and ability to work seamlessly within a crew environment, always contributing to a smooth and welcoming onboard atmosphere for guests.
Italian is his native language, and he also has a basic knowledge of English.

Martina was born and raised in Naples, Italy. After completing her studies at the Liceo Linguistico “Comenio”, she developed a strong interest in hospitality and guest service, which naturally led her to pursue a career in the yachting industry.
Martina has gained valuable experience working as a stewardess on charter yachts in the Mediterranean, where she is responsible for guest reception, onboard service, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality, she ensures that guests feel welcomed and well looked after throughout their time on board. Her training also includes STCW Basic Safety courses as well as yacht etiquette and silver service, allowing her to provide a refined and attentive onboard service.
Martina is highly organized, flexible, and a strong team player, with a proactive attitude and a natural ability to anticipate guests’ needs, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable charter experience.
A native Italian speaker, Martina also speaks English fluently and has a basic knowledge of French and Spanish, enabling her to communicate comfortably with international guests.

Captain Antonio was born in Italy and raised near Naples, where his passion for the sea developed from an early age. After completing his studies in Electronics and Telecommunications, he began his maritime career in the merchant navy, gaining valuable technical experience on commercial vessels before moving into the yachting industry.
Over the years, Antonio has built extensive experience on both private and charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean, progressing from deckhand to First Officer and eventually Captain. Since 2023, he has been serving as Captain for a charter company in Naples, commanding yachts such as Azimut 62 Sport, Azimut 62 Fly, and Azimut 77, while also overseeing maintenance projects and shipyard works.
Antonio is known for his calm leadership, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations and a safe, enjoyable experience for guests on board. Professional, approachable, and highly dedicated to his role, he takes pride in delivering exceptional service and memorable cruising experiences.
A native Italian speaker, Antonio also communicates comfortably in English, which allows him to interact effectively with international guests and crew members.
