Originally from Durban, South Africa, Andrew is a Chief Officer with a diverse background of adventure tourism, conservation, and luxury yachting. Before entering the yachting industry, Andrew worked as a river guide on the Orange River along the border of South Africa and Namibia, leading adventure tours throughout the Western Cape, and managed a remote safari camp in Zambia’s Bangweulu Wetlands for Africa Parks.
Holding a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Nature Conservation and an MCA Master 3000 certification, Andrew brings a unique combination of leadership, environmental knowledge, and operational experience to life at sea. His career has included positions aboard respected vessels such as a Latitude 52m Explorer Vessel, Cacique (46m CRN), MY Ocean Mercury (38m Feadship), and MY Liberty (57m Trinity).
Andrew is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and values the teamwork and camaraderie that come with delivering successful charters. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through running, diving, fishing, bodyboarding, and escaping into the mountains whenever possible.
Among his many adventures, crossing the Atlantic Ocean from Cape Town to Tortola aboard a 37ft catamaran stands out as a career highlight. He also counts cruising the Pacific Islands among his most memorable experiences, from exploring vibrant dive sites teeming with sea life to hiking volcanic peaks. Fluent in English, Andrew brings a calm, capable and adventurous sprit to every vessel he joins.

Originally from Split, Croatia, Juraj combines technical knowledge with a hands-on, adaptable approach to life at sea. After studying Computer Science, he transitioned into the maritime industry and is currently working toward his Engineering Officer of the Watch certification, continuing to build both his engineering expertise and operational experience.
Before joining M/Y Ludzie, Juraj gained experience aboard Croatian mini cruisers and a range of yachts between 50–60m, developing a strong foundation across a variety of onboard operations. He especially enjoys the unique opportunity yachting provides to meet people from around the world while experiencing incredible destinations along the way.
Outside of work, Juraj enjoys running, spending time in the gym, and reading. Among his favorite memories at sea is a journey through Myanmar and an unforgettable guest birthday celebration complete with fireworks lighting up the night sky.
Describing himself as “part engineer, part problem solver, part night-shift cryptid,” Juraj brings both humor and reliability to the crew dynamic.

Meet Nate Post, a culinary wizard from New South Wales, Australia, with over 20 years of experience in the kitchen. Passionate about bringing the world to your plate, Nate’s culinary journey began at a luxury five-star resort in the stunning Whitsundays before taking him on an incredible adventure across 80 countries. Along the way, he explored diverse cultures, tasted unforgettable dishes, and discovered inspiration in every destination.
Nate has a passion for a wide range of cuisines, including Italian, Thai, Vietnamese, French, Mediterranean, Greek, Middle Eastern, Indian, and Japanese. His globally inspired approach creates unforgettable dining experiences full of flavor, creativity, and heart.
You might even recognize him from the reality TV show “Below Deck” season 1 Down Under, or as an extra in films with stars like George Clooney and Julia Roberts.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Joaquín Deluca began his maritime journey immediately after high school, when he enrolled at the Nautical University and laid the foundations for a career at sea. Before entering the yachting industry, he gained valuable commercial maritime experience working on an oil tanker, which provided a strong professional foundation in safety, discipline, watchkeeping, and vessel operations.
Joaquin holds a Master Unlimited qualification and has worked across a range of yachts from 49m to 76m. He began his yachting career as a deckhand in 2019 and progressed to Chief Officer in 2023.
Joaquin is especially excited about the opportunity to be a part of a charter yacht that helps guests enjoy unforgettable holidays at sea. He enjoys the energy of having people on board for a short but special time, and he takes pride in contributing to what may become one of the best experiences of their lives.
Outside of work, Joaquin enjoys playing football, padel, and trekking. One of his best life experiences was being at the 2022 FIFA World Cup Final, where Argentina won in an unforgettable and historic match. His best experience in yachting so far has been working on Ludzie, where he has had the opportunity to travel the world while doing a job he truly loves.
A fun fact about Joaquin is that he is often the one who stays late for the karaoke party, and he always has a couple of great songs up his sleeve. Joaquin is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English.

Born and raised in Zadar, Croatia, Saša brings extensive maritime engineering experience and a calm, capable presence to the crew. Before entering the yachting industry, he sailed as an engineer aboard cargo ships and worked as a maritime engineering technician, building a strong technical foundation and deep understanding of vessel operations.
Holding his Y3 Chief Engineer certification for vessels up to 3000kW, Saša has worked aboard an impressive range of yachts, including MY Choo Choo (40m), MY Mary Jean (50m), MY AJ (50m), and, of course, MY Ludzie, gaining valuable experience across a variety of operations and environments.
Saša’s favorite part of working aboard a charter yacht is the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life while exploring new destinations around the world. Outside the engine room, he is passionate about sports and music and enjoys embracing new adventures. One of his most memorable life experiences to date has been skydiving — a reflection of the adventurous spirit he brings both on and off the water.

Originally from Swakopmund, Namibia, Angelos brings over a decade of yachting experience to his role as Second Engineer. Since entering the industry in 2013, he has worked aboard vessels ranging from 32m to 65m, building a strong reputation for reliability, technical expertise, and calm problem-solving under pressure.
With qualifications including National Engineering NQF4, Red Seal Electrician certification, AEC 1 & 2, and an ETO CoC, Angelos combines specialist electrical knowledge with extensive engineering experience to help ensure seamless operations onboard.
Fluent in English, Greek, and Afrikaans, Angelos is known for his approachable nature, easygoing personality, and impressive collection of random facts. Outside of engineering, he enjoys fishing, reading, gardening, woodworking, and listening to music. A talented musician as well, he previously played piano professionally, bringing both creativity and precision into everything he does.
His unique journey from professional modeling and music to engineering and yachting reflects the diverse experiences and adaptable spirit he brings to life at sea.

Angelos Panourgias

From Truro, England, 2nd Engineer Corey brings a strong engineering background and a grounded, hardworking attitude to the yachting industry. Before entering yachting, Corey worked as a pet transporter and later earned qualifications in personal training and gym instruction, reflecting his passion for fitness and discipline both on and off the water. He also holds his MEOL qualification and has built an impressive engineering career across several renowned yachts.
With over a decade of experience at sea, Corey spent eight years aboard the 63m M/Y Seawalk as 2nd Engineer, followed by two years on the 69m M/Y Jester as 3rd Engineer before joining M/Y Ludzie. Having recently transitioned into the charter world, he is excited to embrace the new challenges and experiences that yacht charter brings.
Outside of work, Corey enjoys football and swimming, and proudly describes becoming a father to his son as his greatest life experience. One of his most memorable achievements at sea was circumnavigating the globe aboard M/Y Ludzie. A dedicated Manchester United supporter, Corey also speaks English and basic Italian, bringing both personality and professionalism to the crew dynamic.

Born and raised in Germany, Stefan developed a passion for travel, the ocean, and visual storytelling from an early age. With a background in Journalism, Corporate Communication, and audiovisual media design, he built a strong foundation in communication and fast-paced international environments before transitioning into yachting.
Since entering the industry, Stefan has worked aboard both private and charter yachts ranging from 30–80m, progressing into leadership roles while gaining extensive experience in deck operations, safety management, bridge responsibilities, tender operations, and guest activities. Currently working toward his OOW 3000GT certification, he has long-term ambitions of advancing into senior bridge and deck management roles aboard large motor yachts.
In addition to his deck responsibilities, Stefan is a certified PADI Dive Instructor and Personal Watercraft Instructor, confidently leading guest water sports activities with a strong focus on safety and enjoyment. One of his favorite aspects of yacht charter is creating memorable guest experiences while exploring remote destinations around the world.
Outside of yachting, Stefan enjoys long-distance running, hiking, photography, and creating visual content. Among his most memorable adventures are diving historic wrecks in the Red Sea, free diving alongside whale sharks in the Indo-Pacific, and exploring remote islands across the globe. Fluent in both German and English, Stefan brings an adventurous spirit, leadership, and creativity to every journey.

Born and raised in Durban, South Africa, Josh Muller is the Bosun onboard M/Y Ludzie. Describing himself as one of the luckier South Africans thanks to his German passport, Josh brings a fun-loving personality and adventurous spirit to life at sea. Before entering the yachting industry, he spent five years in Cape Town, where he jokingly claims he “professionally socialized” while completing his studies part-time at the University of Cape Town.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Management Studies and has built on this foundation with yachting qualifications, including Efficient Deckhand and Advanced Open Water Diver certifications. Before joining M/Y Ludzie, he worked aboard the 55m motor yacht South, where he had the unique opportunity to work alongside his brother and his brother’s girlfriend, an experience he values highly.
Josh thrives on the social and experiential side of yacht charter, especially creating memorable moments for guests and meeting people from around the world. Outside of work, he is passionate about fitness and staying active, with interests including surfing, snowboarding, videography, and drone flying.
Among his favorite yachting experiences to date has been cruising through Alaska aboard Ludzie, a destination he describes as nothing short of spectacular. Fluent in English and conversational in Afrikaans, Josh is also currently improving his German skills, helped along by an impressive Duolingo streak. As for his secret talent, he prefers to keep that under wraps.

Originally from Maiquetía, Venezuela, Ricardo brings an adventurous spirit and dynamic energy to life onboard as a deckhand. Before entering the yachting industry, he spent several years in Costa Rica working as an adventure tour guide, leading activities including white-water rafting, zip-lining, canyoning, surfing, and yoga instruction. These experiences helped shape his outgoing personality and strong connection to both nature and the ocean.
With a background in Photography and Audiovisual Sciences from IUTIRLA Venezuela, Ricardo combines creativity with a hands-on approach to his work. He also holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification, Adventure Tour Guide certification, Powerboat Level 2, Yacht Rating, and Yachtmaster 200 qualifications.
Since entering yachting, Ricardo has worked aboard an impressive range of sailing and motor yachts, including the 106m M/Y Amadea, M/Y Kamalaya (55m), M/Y Driftwood (55m), and several other vessels. He thrives in charter environments where he can combine his passion for travel, water sports, and guest interaction while continuously challenging himself to grow.
Outside of work, Ricardo enjoys surfing, skateboarding, yoga, rock climbing, diving, juggling, and sailing. One of his most memorable experiences at sea was cruising through Fiji, where he had the rare opportunity to surf world-class waves while working onboard. Known for his positive outlook and appreciation for life’s adventures, Ricardo also has a few unexpected talents, including juggling machetes and fire.
