He began his culinary journey with a degree from the State Culinary School “G. Minuto” in Massa, followed by advanced training at ALMA, the prestigious International School of Italian Cuisine. His career then took him to the St. Regis Florence, where he developed his skills in luxury hospitality before transitioning into yachting in 2020.
Since then, Gian Marco has gained extensive experience across both private and charter yachts, including a 56m Perini Navi, where he spent three years cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, he thrives in multicultural environments and enjoys crafting bespoke menus inspired by global travel and local markets.
A nature enthusiast, he also enjoys foraging, fishing, and reading, and values time spent with his family.

Daniela is a dedicated and enthusiastic stewardess with a strong hospitality background and a genuine passion for service.
Originally from northern Italy, she studied foreign languages, sparking a love of travel and an ability to connect easily with people from diverse cultures. Before entering the yachting industry four years ago, she gained valuable hospitality experience, including work as a flight attendant, which shaped her adaptable, guest-focused approach and ability to perform under pressure.
During her yachting career, she progressed through roles and developed excellent interior service skills. Daniela is multilingual and thrives in international environments. Outside work, she enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, yoga, fitness, and holds an advanced diving certification. Kind, energetic, and curious, she is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive onboard atmosphere.
She brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset that enhances performance and guest satisfaction on board.

Piotr is the Chief Officer onboard Lulus, bringing a strong maritime background and a lifelong passion for the sea. A graduate of Gdynia Maritime University with a degree in Navigation, Piotr began his career at sea aboard commercial vessels before transitioning into yachting, where he quickly rose through the ranks.
Having grown up close to the water, Piotr developed a love for sailing early on, from racing dinghies to cruising offshore. His yachting experience spans several prestigious charter yachts, including S/Y Zenji and M/Y The Wellesley as Chief Officer, as well as M/Y Formosa and M/Y Sarah as Second Officer.
Fluent in English and Polish, with working knowledge of Italian, Piotr enjoys connecting with guests from all backgrounds. Outside his professional role, he is an avid kitesurfer, sailor, and sports enthusiast, and is also a skilled diver and videographer.

Grant is a highly experienced Chief Engineer from New Zealand.
With over 30 years in the maritime industry and a yachting career that began in 1995, Grant brings a wealth of technical expertise and practical knowledge to his role.
He began his professional journey with a 4.5-year apprenticeship as a toolmaker in New Zealand, building a strong technical foundation that has supported his long-standing engineering career at sea.
Throughout his career, Grant has held key engineering positions on several prestigious yachts, including M/Y Podium (74m) and M/Y Seven Seas (86m) as rotational Chief Engineer, as well as M/Y Rasselas (65m). Holding a Chief Engineer Y1 certification, Grant is recognised for his professionalism and reliability in managing complex onboard systems.
Fluent in English with basic Italian, he enjoys an active lifestyle outside of work, with interests including skiing, mountain biking, travel, music, and photography.
Grant values the innovation of working on a new build and is dedicated to ensuring smooth operations and a safe, enjoyable experience for all onboard.

Megan is the Chief Stewardess onboard Lulus, bringing a dynamic blend of hospitality expertise, leadership, and a passion for guest service.
Originally from Jersey in the Channel Islands, Megan grew up surrounded by the sea, developing an early love for surfing and sailing, often competing and traveling extensively from a young age.
Before entering the yachting industry, Megan built a diverse professional background, working as a qualified Wealth Manager and Investment Advisor, as well as a Personal Trainer and yoga instructor.
With over three years’ experience in yachting, she has worked on both private and charter yachts, including M/Y RoMa and M/Y Ali Baba, steadily progressing through the interior ranks. Her experience on one of the Mediterranean’s busiest charter yachts helped refine her leadership and service skills.
Megan combines her fitness expertise with her role, offering guests a holistic and wellness-focused experience.

Captain David, a Luxembourgish-French, brings extensive maritime expertise gained through a lifetime dedicated to the sea. Educated at the Merchant Navy School in Marseille, he spent over eight years in commercial shipping before transitioning into yachting, where he advanced from engineer to captain on several prestigious vessels up to 60 metres. His experience spans private and charter yachts, including commanding transatlantic crossings and leading dual-season programs in the Mediterranean and Bahamas.
Fluent in English and French, he combines strong technical qualifications,holding both Master Unlimited and Chief Engineer Unlimited licenses;with a calm, enthusiastic, and cautious leadership style.
Having grown up in the South of France, his passion for yachting was inspired early by the maritime environment around him. Beyond his professional role, he enjoys free diving, fishing, hiking, running, and gardening. He is committed to delivering exceptional experiences, driven by teamwork, safety, and a genuine love of the ocean.
