Alfredo has spent over twenty years working on yachts, both sailing and motor, up to 65 meters in length. That experience taught him how to handle even the most demanding guests and, just as importantly, how to learn from seasoned colleagues throughout the industry. Today, he moves through every task his role as captain requires with the ease of someone who has truly mastered his craft, all while bringing a warm, cheerful spirit to everything he does.

Carolina is half Argentinian, half Croatian, and currently based in Palma de Mallorca. She has worked as a stewardess on both motor and sailing yachts, and on shore she has gained experience in luxury five-star hotels, working as a waitress and even spending time in the kitchen as a chef. That varied background has left her comfortable in every department, with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine dedication to making every guest's stay as comfortable as possible.
