LUNA was built by Oceanco, with exterior design by Luiz de Basto Design and interiors by Nuvolari & Lenard/Valentina Zannier Interiors. Her layout deviates from contemporary yacht designs. Nearly 3,000 gross tons of volume have been allocated to each feature, providing ample space. She can accommodate up to 12 guests in complete privacy, thanks to her unique setup. The designers have crafted welcoming interiors that seamlessly connect to the yacht's highly versatile exteriors.

Originally from Nottingham in the United Kingdom, Marcus is passionate about maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle, with padel and running among his favourite pursuits. One of his proudest recent achievements was completing the 2026 Two Oceans Ultra Marathon in Cape Town, covering an impressive 56 kilometres. With four years of experience in the yachting industry, he thoroughly enjoys meeting guests and creating memorable experiences onboard. Friendly and personable, he looks forward to welcoming guests aboard and exploring the Mediterranean together.

Marcus Wright
Deckhand
Elicia was born in South Africa and fell in love with the ocean at a young age. She became a Dive Instructor at the age of 19 and worked all over the world scuba diving before she joined yachting in 2019. She has worked on different vessels between 40 to 90m as a deckhand and scuba diving instructor. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, scuba diving and exploring new places.

Elicia Steenekamp

Born into a family with long seafaring traditions in Uruguay, Bernardo was destined for a career in the maritime industry. In 2007, Bernardo graduated from the Naval School of Uruguay, which was the first step towards his career on yachts. Initially, he worked on general cargo ships, before moving on to fishing vessels and tugboats for oil rigs in Brazil. It was in 2017 that he decided to switch to yachting, an experience that he is thoroughly enjoying. Bernardo is not only an Engineer on LUNA, but he is also a happily married father of two children.

Luka was born and raised in a small coastal town in Croatia, where his passion for the sea developed early. At just 16, he began working on small passenger ships, which inspired him to pursue a career in the maritime industry.
During his education, Luka balanced his studies with working in restaurants, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing a strong work ethic and team-focused mindset. Recently entering the yachting industry, he is excited to grow his skills and contribute to the LUNA team. In his free time, Luka enjoys video games, mountain biking, and hiking.

Luca Zemunik

Cyril developed an interest in computer building and technology from an early age, which led him into the home automation and hi-fi industries in his early twenties. Working on multiple projects—primarily between Monaco and Saint-Tropez—he became increasingly involved in yacht IT refits, a transition that ultimately shaped his move into the yachting industry as a crew member. Since then, Cyril has built a career combining technical expertise with a passion for travel and life at sea. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, snowboarding, and motorcycling, pursuits that reflect his appreciation for freedom, nature, and discovering the world.

Cyril Aguilera
AV/IT Officer (Rotational)
Josh was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. He completed his higher education in 2007 and thereafter went on to gain his BCom in Economics at the University of Cape Town. In 2014 he made the life altering decision to fly to Palma de Mallorca where he started his first season in the yachting industry, and he hasn’t looked back since. Thoroughly enjoying what he does for a living, he has completed his Officer of the Watch (OOW) ticket and looks forward to progressing in the industry.
Josh is a very sporty and active person, his main passions are hiking, all ball sports as well as water sports.

Joshua Nortje

Raised by the ocean in Australia and of French heritage, Kasey developed a strong connection to the sea and an active outdoor lifestyle from an early age. He enjoys constantly challenging himself, both personally and professionally, and brings a driven and energetic approach to everything he does. In his free time, he competes in triathlons, trains at the gym, and plays padel, while also spending as much time as possible on the water through activities such as diving, kitesurfing, and jet-skiing. Passionate about the yachting industry, he is focused on building his career with the long-term goal of becoming a captain.

Kasey Julien

Amelia brings over five years of yachting experience to her role as Head of Service, having worked on both 60m–110m private and charter yachts. With a strong background in fine dining, silver service, cocktail and wine service, she is passionate about delivering seamless, detail-driven hospitality tailored to each guest. Amelia began her career in high-end restaurants in the UK before transitioning into yachting. Outside of yachting, Amelia enjoys discovering new cuisines, running in new destinations, music, and exploring the world of wine.

Amelia Randle
Stewardess
Originally from the Philippines, Jaime is now a resident of Italy who enjoys travelling. During her career, she has worked in various countries, including Taiwan, Israel, and Italy. As an accomplished language speaker, Jaime is fluent in five languages - Tagalog, English, Mandarin, Hebrew and Italian. It was during her time working in Italy that she met many seafarers and acquired an understanding of the yachting industry. She has been a Stewardess onboard yachts for the past eight years, beginning as a Sole Stewardess and currently serving as the Laundry Stewardess. She enjoys travelling and exploring new cities around the world, which complements her position on board Luna.

Evelyn Jaime

Having grown up between the UK and South Africa, Hein developed a strong connection to the ocean from an early age. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Nelson Mandela University, which has honed his attention to detail and commitment to high standards. With five years of hospitality experience, Hein delivers a confident, guest-focused service, combining professionalism with adaptability. Over the past 18 months on a 47m private yacht, he has developed solid deck skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong understanding of guest expectations.
Recently completing his Master of Yachts Limited 200GT, Hein is excited to be working onboard a larger vessel where he can continue to grow, contribute to a high-performing team, and provide an exceptional onboard experience.
