Emma hails from Gothenburg, a charming seaside town on Sweden’s west coast, where she was born and raised. At the age of 17, she relocated to Stockholm and now splits her time off between there and Essex, where her partner resides. She entered the yachting industry in 2021 after discovering it through social media. Eager to explore the world and meet new people, Emma quickly found her passion for life at sea. Outside of work, Emma enjoys reading psychological thrillers, practicing reformer Pilates and playing padel. She loves to explore the food, drinks and live music of the new locations she visits. She has a keen interest in learning more about wine and recently completed her WSET Level 2 certification. Looking ahead, Emma aspires to transition into the wedding industry after her yachting career, working as a wedding coordinator.

Second Engineer Kristian Moorfield is a native of Warrnambool, Australia. Kristian is known universally as "Morf".
After relocating to the Gold Coast, Morf discovered the yachting industry during a year of travel in 2010 and secured his first position as a sole engineer / deckhand in Antibes. Morf has since progressed to a Second Engineer role and has worked aboard Lunasea since 2021.
In his leisure time, Morf is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly in activities related to water, and enjoys exploring new cuisines.

Chief Officer Jake Brooking was raised in the picturesque rolling hills of Salcombe, South Devon where he discovered his passion for being on the water. As he grew older he also discovered a love for snowboarding and the mountains.
After completing his education, Jake received training as a carpenter, which has proved to be an asset in his career in the yachting industry. Jake is always eager to embark on new adventures and explore new destinations and is particularly skilled in operating the yacht's tenders. Jake has worked aboard Lunasea since 2016.
In his leisure time, Jake enjoys playing golf with his friends as well as surfing when he can.

Chief Engineer Brock Easton was born and raised on the Gold Coast, Australia. In 2009, he joined the yachting industry after completing his studies at university, with the intention of returning home after a year. However, Brock found his passion in engineering and through hard work and dedication he has become a qualified Chief Engineer and an invaluable member of our team. Brock joined Lunasea in 2018.
Brock is an avid sports enthusiast and has a passion for snowboarding, boxing, travelling, road trips, surfing and skydiving. Brock is a very active crew member and has travelled throughout Australia competing in tennis tournaments and was part of the Junior World Cup soccer team.

Head Housekeeper Julie Alvero comes from the beautiful countryside in Leyte, Philippines where she grew up near the coast. After leaving school, Julie completed a bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management. Julie started her maritime career working on cruise ships which she did for two years, and when a friend of hers introduced her to yachting, she made the transition. In her free time, Julie is an avid free/scuba diver and spends as much time doing water related activities as possible. She also loves running, dancing, taekwondo and trying different cuisines.
Julie's favourite place that she has visited is Alaska due to its natural beauty and endless rain.

Sous Chef Isabela was born and raised in Vitoria, Brazil and still resides there now. After completing her school studies, Isabela pursued both law and culinary studies, a combination that reflects her curiosity, discipline and love of craftmanship. Her passion for food and artistry naturally translated into her work, especially as she discovered her talent for pastry and painting. In 2023, a friend introduced her to a Captain and opened the door to the yachting industry. Isabela’s interests stretch across books, art, travel and the world’s diverse culinary scenes. Her favourite destination so far is Norway, a place she loves for it’s people, culture and breathtaking scenery.

Born in Antigua, West Indies, and raised between Antigua and Devon, England, Luke brings a unique blend of Caribbean spirit and British coastal heritage. Now based in Hope Cove, Devon, he has spent much of his life near the ocean. After finishing school, Luke returned to Antigua for a year of sailing and working for a luxury hotel before studying Geography at the University of Exeter. His degree took him on expeditions to places such a Yosemite, California, Svalbard and remote glacier regions. Luke began yacht deliveries in 2017 and entered the yachting industry professionally in 2020. An adventurer at heart, Luke enjoys hiking, exploration, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, swimming and surfing.

Deckhand Jesse was born in Bowral, New South Wales shortly moving to Mittagong, Australia where he grew up. Jesse began his professional journey in Carpentry, developing hands-on skills and a strong work ethic following his school days. This year Jesse was introduced to the yachting industry through a recruiting agency and quickly embraced the adventure of life at sea, while combining his carpentry skills. A natural athlete and ocean lover, Jesse enjoys rugby, diving, padel, and running whenever he gets the chance.

Chief Stewardess Gabi was born in Sau Paulo, Brazil. Due to her parents' careers she moved continents every six years. After Brazil, she was raised in London before completing high school in Southern California and studying Business and Marketing at San Francisco State University for two years. Later, she returned to London and gained 2.5 years of experience working in hospitality at a boutique hotel, which proved invaluable when she transitioned her skills to the maritime industry. Gabi is multilingual, speaking Spanish, English and Portuguese, and has a unique singing voice which she often uses to entertain guests onboard.
Gabi joined Lunasea in the build phase as a Junior Stewardess and has worked her way up to Chief Stewardess over the past seven years.

Deckhand Laura Bainbridge was born in Durham, in the north of England but spent her childhood in the UK, Abu Dhabi and Cyprus.
Laura attended school in the UK after which she spent two years studying sports. Deciding that university was not for her, Laura focused on diving and moved to Cyprus where she worked as a water sports instructor for three years. Being able to do the same job that she loved as well as getting to travel around and see the world was very attractive to Laura and she joined the yachting industry in 2021. Laura's interests include snowboarding, hiking, photography and of course scuba diving, the Azores being top of her best dive locations.
