She now currently lives in Fort Lauderdale Florida , where she started her career in yachting about 3 years ago after working in hospitality, hotel industry for almost 10 years. She is very passionate about her job and she fell in love with the Ocean the first time she stepped on a yacht . Violetta is very kind , hardworking , outgoing and active. She loves, sailing, mixology ,traveling , exploring new places and meet new people all around the world. Violetta will please you by her enthusiasm, her kindness and her attention. Amandine is 35 years old and deeply passionate about food. Growing up in the North of France and having lived in many different countries (Greece, Italy Spain, Mexico, Peru), she has been inspired by local food and that how she definitely developed talent. After a summer job in a restaurant kitchen at the age of 17, she fell in love with the hospitality industry and has been a part of it ever since. Her second passion, the sea finally pushed her to embrace the job chef onboard yacht where she is excels for many years. She's thrilled by the challenges and the incredible ingredients he gets to work with. Whether it's a gourmet degustation or a casual sun deck BBQ, your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed!

Benjamin is 36 years old. He started his career in the French Navy at the age of 16 where he spent almost 10 years. After this incredible experience during which he learnt rigor and excellence Benjamin unable to stay far from the sea entered the yachting industry and have running several vessel for the last 10 years.
Benjamin isn't just a Captain; he's a hands-on leader, setting the example to ensure the boat is perfectly maintained and ready to deliver top-notch service.
