The charter yacht accommodates up to 12 guests in eight stunning staterooms. The sprawling master suite can be found on the main deck and is complete with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet and an adjoined private office area. Nanda grew up on a family farm in a small Brazilian village, far from the sea, but when she first laid eyes on the ocean, she knew her destiny lay along the coast. After earning a degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Nanda moved to London to perfect her English and soon entered the yachting world in 2004. Her determination has seen her thrive in the industry for over 20 years. When off-duty, Nanda’s adventurous spirit shines through as she kitesurfs, wakeboards, or plays squash.

Sladjana comes from the stunning city of Dubrovnik, though she was raised in the breathtaking landscapes of Montenegro, where she grew up surrounded by a close-knit family and a sister who is her closest confidante. With a degree in Business and Accounting, Sladjana initially thrived as a hotel manager and accountant before making her mark in the superyacht industry in 2015. Since then, she has gained invaluable experience aboard both motor and sailing yachts, becoming a trusted expert in global travel recommendations. Known for her impeccable organizational skills and warm, approachable nature, Sladjana seamlessly blends professionalism with a personal touch. Fluent in Montenegrin, English, Spanish, and Italian, she offers a world-class experience both on and off the water.

Natalia is our resident author, when she is not curating your perfect charter, you will find her glued to her laptop editing her Spanish fantasy novel, she is hoping to publish this year. Prior to superyachts, Natalia studied to become a preschool teacher however, decided to move to New York to better her English and worked as an au-pair looking after three children for two years. She currently calls Switzerland home.

Nilo joined the industry in 1997, so he has therefore been in the industry longer than the age of some of our crew members! He was born in Cebu City in the Philippines where he currently resides with his wife.
He has four adult children, most of them are still living in the Philippines. However, one of his sons has now also joined the industry. In his free time, he enjoys reading books or watching movies. Nilo has worked with Captain Maxx previously.

Before joining the industry, Chris completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in financial management. After completing his degree, he was a financial analyst in Cape Town, as well as an English teacher in Vietnam for a year. When Chris isn't working you will find him playing chess, hiking, playing golf or impressing us all with his tennis and paddle ball abilities. Chris’s favourite party trick is knowing almost every capital city in the world! Chris is widely regarded as the cornerstone of the team, bringing a consistently positive outlook and an uplifting presence to every situation.

Zoya spent her childhood in the Caribbean, where her father, a German sailor, instilled in her a love for the ocean. She enjoyed an upbringing filled with rich culture and sailing experiences, with her first Atlantic crossing completed at the age of four. At 15, she relocated to Germany with her family. Before yachting, Zoya taught English to foreign students in the UK. Zoya has worked in the industry for the last 3 years and hopes to become a Captain in the future. In her free time, she enjoys sailing, free diving and kickboxing and dancing.

ZOYA GROTE

Eddy calls a picturesque island off the Croatian coast home, where his love for the sea has shaped a remarkable career. Starting his journey in the maritime world aboard commercial vessels, Eddy began as an apprentice, steadily advancing to the role of officer. In 2004, he transitioned to the superyacht industry, where he has since held various Chief Engineer positions across both motor and sailing yachts. With over 20 years of experience, Eddy’s expertise and dedication to his craft make him an invaluable asset to the team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations both on deck and below.

Originally from Croatia, he holds a master's degree in marine engineering and received his training in the merchant navy. Known for his strong organizational skills and punctuality, he is also a dedicated family man, married with two daughters. Branislav has been working in the superyacht industry since 2016, and during his career, has had the opportunity to work on prestigious vessels, including the Flag yacht owned by Tommy Hilfiger.

Jemma is a British stewardess who brings an easy-going, positive energy to life on board. Raised in London within a close-knit family, she grew up playing tennis, which shaped her love for staying active and her friendly, team-focused mindset. Jem holds a First-Class degree in Marketing and has a strong background in hospitality, having worked in Michelin-star restaurants, luxury brands, and high-end events before moving into yachting in 2022.
She takes real pride in offering relaxed, thoughtful service and enjoys creating an atmosphere where guests feel comfortable, well looked after, and completely at ease. When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her exercising, trying out new recipes, or spending time with friends, family, and her dog.

A graduate with a degree in Marine Biology and Oceanography, he combines scientific knowledge with practical experience. His journey in the yachting world began with three years behind the bar, where he honed his interpersonal skills before transitioning to the galley. With eight years of hands-on experience across both sailing and motor yachts, Jay has cultivated an exceptional understanding of all aspects of yacht life. Whether navigating the complexities of a busy galley or offering tailored culinary experiences, he brings a refined touch to every voyage.
