Jody is a South Florida native with a Cuban background. Her love for boating and being on the water began at a young age, influenced by her family's tradition of weekend outings on their boats. Jody initially honed her hospitality skills working in various restaurants, which, combined with her passion for boating, led her into the yachting industry. Over the past six years, Jody has gained extensive experience as both a deckhand and a stewardess, though she particularly enjoys working directly with guests in the interior. Her talent for crafting unique cocktail concoctions is always a hit with guests.

When not on board, Jody enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her three-year-old daughter and husband. They often visit the beach, relax by their pool, host friends, and have barbecues. A social butterfly, Jody loves attending concerts and karaoke bars, and occasionally indulges in yoga as part of her journey toward a healthier lifestyle. She also enjoys experimenting with healthy foods, inspired by her goal of creating a nutritious diet for her toddler. In her spare time, Jody likes to try new makeup styles, following YouTube tutorials and staying updated with the latest trends.

Captain John is half Turkish and half American, and has spent much of his time between the two countries. John first discovered his interest in the maritime industry in 2005, where he spent a year as a dive guide on the South Coast of Turkey. He transitioned to yachting in the United States in 2013, after spending 7 years as a project manager for a developer in Turkey. John holds a USCG 200 Ton Master license and is currently working toward his private pilot license. His propensity for travel, adventure, and education, makes John a vital crew member. John's primary role in his yachting career has been Captain/Engineer aboard private and charter vessels. In his 8 years of working aboard motor yachts, John has safely navigated the Bahamas and the US east coast from Key West to New England, as well as the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
