Ana is a seasoned stewardess with a wealth of experience in the yachting industry. With a decade-long tenure, Ana has honed her skills to manage the interior of luxury yachts with finesse. Her expertise spans 5-star service, silver service, bartending, and wine knowledge. She excels in laundry, housekeeping, wardrobe tasks, floral arrangements, and table decorations. Ana is meticulous in watchkeeping, stowage for sea, and security protocols. Her calm and reflective demeanor, coupled with a passion for teamwork, make her an asset on any vessel. Additionally, Ana's background in childcare and sailing instills confidence when catering to families and handling deck duties.
Ana has extensive experience in fulfilling interior duties aboard yachts as a solo stewardess and assisting during docking maneuvers, yet despite this, she thoroughly enjoys working as part of a team.

Massimiliano, 44 years old, Italian, was born in Frosinone. He began his career working with Captain Michele from 2003 to 2008. After parting ways, Massimiliano worked as a deckhand on several yachts, including a Codecasa 36m that circumnavigated the globe for 2 years starting in 2008. Following this, he worked on a Terranova 115 and a Mangusta 92. In 2020, Massimiliano reunited with Michele to work together once again on ManuV.
Massimiliano is fluent in Italian and has a basic knowledge of English.

Michele Mazzella di Cecaro, 55 years old, Italian.
Born in Monte di Procida surrounding Naples where he started sailing as a young 14-year-old boy alongside his father. His journey started as a deckhand one summer which then evolved into a greater passion for sailing than he had originally imagined. After finishing secondary school, he went on to get a nautical diploma, during the summer he worked on pleasure yachts and in the winter on tankers and chemical vessels. This was also fruitful for him to complete his CLC license in 2003.
Michele then worked for 5 seasons on a pleasure and charter yacht for a famous Italian football player, here he had his first approach with charter yachts. After he worked for a further 15 years for the same private owner starting with a Pershing 76 and then a Pershing 90, followed by a Mangusta 108. Then he ran other 2 Mangusta 108 one of which was for charter.
Michele is an enthusiastic and cheerful person, overall, very passionate about his job which has accompanied him throughout his whole life.
Michele speaks Italian as his native language and English.
