With over 35 years of experience as a crew member in the airline industry, Eric recently returned to the maritime world, driven by his lifelong passion for sailing. Now, he plays a key role on board MAORO, assisting Captain Luc and overseeing deck operations. When he’s not on the water, Eric enjoys sailing cruises, scuba diving, and mountain hiking.

Sasha Wolff is a motivated and personable Deck/Stew with an international background and a genuine passion for hospitality and life at sea. Most recently, she has gained experience aboard a 22M SAIL YACHT, an 18M MAGNUM 60, and a 22M MOTOR YACHT in Palma, where she assisted with both interior and deck operations.
Her responsibilities have included washdowns, polishing, line handling, berthing assistance, deep cleaning and interior preparation for owner arrivals. Sasha’s hospitality background, combined with her studies in Psychology and Criminology, has given her excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability and a calm approach in busy environments. She is also confident working independently and as part of a team, always maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
With qualifications including STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2 and cocktail training, Sasha brings enthusiasm, strong work ethic and a warm guest-focused approach to every yacht she joins.

Viacheslav is a dedicated and technically skilled marine engineer with over nine years of experience across both commercial vessels and the yachting industry. Most recently, he has worked aboard M/Y GRAND RUSALINA, M/T MARAN GAS HECTOR, and M/T GASLOG SAVANNAH, where he developed extensive expertise in engineering operations, maintenance and technical troubleshooting.
Holding an Unlimited STCW III/2 Second Engineer licence (Y1/Y2), Viacheslav has strong knowledge of generators, HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, watermakers and onboard technical systems, alongside experience supporting AV/IT and water toy operations. He has also participated in refit and dry dock projects, coordinating closely with contractors and senior engineers to ensure vessels operate safely and efficiently.
Known for his calm, responsible nature and strong work ethic, Viacheslav approaches every task with professionalism and attention to detail. Team-oriented and eager to continue progressing within yachting, he brings reliability, technical confidence and a proactive attitude to every engineering department.

Luis is a passionate and creative chef with over 10 years of experience in Michelin-level kitchens and contemporary Mediterranean cuisine. Most recently, he has worked at RESTAURANT CATALINA, ABAC BY JORDI CRUZ, and COCINA HERMANOS TORRES, refining his culinary style within some of Spain’s most prestigious dining establishments.
Specialising in Mediterranean cuisine with modern techniques, Luis is particularly skilled in charcoal cooking, rice dishes, fresh pasta, seafood and elegant tasting menus. His background in Michelin-starred restaurants has given him exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to perform calmly in high-pressure environments. Alongside fine dining, he also enjoys creating relaxed family-style meals using fresh seasonal ingredients.
Warm, professional and highly team-oriented, Luis brings creativity and precision to every galley. His passion for food, presentation and guest satisfaction ensures a memorable dining experience on board.

With experience on private and charter yachts up to 120m, she is known for her attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to maintain high standards of service and presentation. Alongside her maritime career, Sarah is a qualified yoga facilitator, breathwork practitioner, and event manager, bringing exceptional interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a positive, professional attitude to every role. She is fluent in English, Maltese, Italian, and Spanish and is available for stewardess and interior crew positions worldwide.

Holding a Master 500 Yacht license and extensive maritime certifications, he is recognized for his strong leadership, operational management, safety compliance, crew development, and owner relations. Gregory combines hands-on maritime expertise with a calm, proactive management style, delivering smooth operations and exceptional standards on board.
