Meet Elisa, the Second Stewardess onboard MAORO. She joined the yacht industry in 2024 working as a sole stewardess on 27m M/Y Mia Rocca. Before entering the yachting industry, she worked in Cannes as a Chef de Rang, where she was responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, setting up rooms, and managing a variety of other front-of-house duties. Now, Elisa looks forward to welcoming the guests onboard and providing them with a memorable holiday. In her spare time, she enjoys running, travel and has a keen interest in art.

Luc is a seasoned captain who brings passion, professionalism, and precision to every charter. He has a wealth of experience from leading dedicated crews, overseeing yacht maintenance to maintaining compliance. Luc's commitment to excellence extends to creating unforgettable experiences for guests, delivering the pinnacle of 5-star service with warmth and care. His career to date includes working aboard yachts such as M/Y Grand Prix, M/Y Blue Magic, and M/Y Millesime, among others. Luc places the utmost priority on safety and ensures every guest who steps aboard MAORO enjoys a seamless, luxurious, and truly memorable holiday crafted by him and his exceptional crew.

With over 35 years of experience as a crew member in the airline industry, Eric recently returned to the maritime world, driven by his lifelong passion for sailing. Now, he plays a key role on board MAORO, assisting Captain Luc and overseeing deck operations. When he’s not on the water, Eric enjoys sailing cruises, scuba diving, and mountain hiking.

Stephane brings a wealth of culinary experience from his time working in restaurants, hotels, and aboard luxury yachts. With a passion for consistently delivering top-quality dishes, he takes pride in crafting delicious meals tailored to guests’ preferences and dietary needs. Before joining MAORO, Stephane had worked on both private and charter yachts, including the 28m M/Y Aria, 27m M/Y Maxi Beer, and 27m M/Y Alexandra. From elegant multi-course menus to creative daily specials, he loves curating exceptional dining experiences. As the Chef on board, he’s excited to delight guests with his flavourful and beautifully presented dishes.
Arnaud is a highly experienced engineer with over 15 years in the maritime industry. From tugboats and fishing vessels to cargo ships and motor yachts, he has gained extensive hands-on expertise, keeping engines running smoothly in all kinds of conditions. Arnaud’s deep passion for engineering, mechanics, and life at sea is evident in his dedicated career.
