Travis is proud to serve as the 4th engineer aboard MARALA. Hailing from sunny South Africa, he’s now in his fourth season in the yachting industry, bringing a strong technical background and a deep passion for the ocean.
Travis is always ready to tackle any challenge and keep everything running smoothly for both guests and crew.
Beyond engineering, he is an adventurer at heart. A qualified dangerous game guide and avid photographer, Travis also loves water sports like slalom skiing and wakeboarding.

Jamie grew up on the water in the south coast of Portugal in a small fishing village where he spent most of his free time on the water sailing in competitions at national and international level.
When he was 17 years old, he decided to start working on yachts, and has not looked back since. He is a fan of history and of Classic Yachts, as MARALA is his third Camper and Nicholson yacht from this era (Previous C&N vessels- “Malahne” 1937 and “Fair Lady” 1928). Jamie has worked his way up to his Master 3000GT and works with Capt Dave in MARALA's charter planning. In his spare time he likes to play Golf and spend time sailing.

Developing a love and passion with her Father for the water and waterborne vessels, Tiffany grew up boating and participating in various water sports, earning a Skipper's license at the age of 16.
She pursued a degree in Interior Architecture, followed by experience in Yacht Design. Transitioning into yachting to further develop professionally Tiffany progressed quickly in the role of stewardess. Demonstrating a passion for delivering the highest quality guest experience, with a focus on service, housekeeping, and attention to detail.
Tiffany has spent two seasons on the private yacht 50m SEANASH and more recently DEEP BLUE II. A confident, joyful and friendly crew member who has joined the crew this Spring supporting Chief Stewardess Maren where she can.

Maren joined the yacht industry in 2000 and has worked on several private and charter yachts as a Chief Stewardess, including the likes of 37m M/Y Fair Lady and more recently 45m M/Y Hemabejo to name a few.
Throughout her extensive career in the industry, she has acquired invaluable knowledge, and she has led teams that provide exceptional service to all those who step onboard. Maren takes pride in collaborating with the team on MY MARALA to help maintain the yacht’s impeccable appearance and comfort for guests, while also delighting in crafting bespoke table arrangements and orchestrating themed evenings to ensure every guest experience provides an unforgettable holiday. Her ultimate goal is to ensure that the guest’s holiday is flawlessly smooth, and she is on hand to address any requests.
In Maren’s spare time, she enjoys cycling, is an avid foodie and has developed a deep appreciation for the world of wine. She is also passionate about yoga, a holistic lifestyle and loves travelling and exploring the outdoors. It is Maren’s third year on board MARALA this summer 2026. Also speaks some basic Spanish.

With experience on cruise ships and luxury yachts, Bogdan takes particular interest in future planning and anticipating ahead of time. This approach assists him in staying organized, focused and prepared for future planned maintenance, surveys and refit periods. Thus working around busy charter seasons ensuring MARALA is in the best shape for an efficient season.
For the last 18 months he has come from a 78m explorer yacht and before that on the Ritz - Carlton Yacht Collection; Evrima. Sharing knowledge and building a friendly team is important to Bogdan with good communicate and always striving to get the team working together towards a common goal.

Having spent 2 years studying at the UKSA, and completing the first phase of their Cadetship, Sam is dedicated in pursuing a professional yachting career.
He considers himself to be a skilled sailor with both a love of the ocean and sport. As a dinghy instructor, Sam possess strong communication skills, adaptability to circumstances, and safety knowledge. As well as being committed and versatile, he enjoys working with others and easily adapts to any tasks. As a junior part of the MARALA team, they welcome him on board.

Nataliia is an experienced Yacht Chef with an extensive charter and private yacht background on vessels from 23m to 50m.
Highly skilled in busy charter programs, guest-focused menu planning, provisioning, and maintaining impeccable galley standards. She is passionate about fresh, high-quality ingredients and adaptable cuisine. Last summer took Nataliia on board 24m SY La Gatta, Summer 2024 on 26m SY Adagio and the summer prior SY Earlybird to name a few. Nataliia is welcomed on board MARALA this Spring.

Manish is a Marine Engineer with over 11 years’ experience in the maritime industry.
He is driven by a strong work ethic and his proven track record of success in maintaining and repairing vessels. Manish’s technical expertise spans across four-stroke and two-stroke vessels, including their electrical systems. He is adept at conducting comprehensive overhauls of ship generators and main engines, and he also has experience in vessel management and facility maintenance.
Beyond Manish’s technical skills, he is a cricket enthusiast with a passion for travel and exploring new cultures, he also enjoys Indian cuisine and cooking. Manish joined MARALA in February 2024 and knows the engines well.

Rica is a well-presented stewardess with strong English communication skills, a neat appearance, and an alert, professional approach developed through her experience on cruise ships. Having transitioned into the yachting industry, she brings with her a cheerful personality and a natural ability to make both guests and colleagues feel welcome, always greeting everyone with a warm smile.
With experience gained aboard the 78m Amels MY Montkaj, Rica has a positive attitude towards both colleagues and superiors, along with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the industry. She is hardworking, approachable, and consistently eager to assist guests to ensure a high standard of service is maintained at all times. Also Rica is fluent in her mother tongue, Philippino.

A dedicated, hardworking and approachable individual Gina has experience in
stewardess and deckhand roles onboard both motor and sailing yachts.
With strong interpersonal skills, Gina focuses on building relationships and ensuring positive guest experiences. Able to work well under pressure, stay calm, and maintain high standards, she has joined MARALA this Spring keen to grow in the industry and committed developing her career with a focus on proving reliability and longevity. Gina has previous experience from last season on 28m G and in 2024 working on a freelance basis on a variety of yachts across the year.
