Yosri Rakik is an experienced Deckhand with a strong maritime background and a hands-on approach developed through years at sea. Before joining MARTITA, he worked on M/Y Zenobia 57M, and M/Y B3 57M, where he contributed to shipyard preparations, crossings, and maintaining high exterior standards. Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented, Yosri takes pride in delivering excellent guest service while supporting smooth deck operations. Outside of yachting, he enjoys travelling, boating, water sports, fishing, photography, and cooking.

Paulina Krzysztalowicz is an experienced Stewardess with a strong background in luxury yachting and high-end hospitality. She has developed a well-rounded skill set across both private and charter environments, with experience managing interior operations, leading teams, provisioning, and delivering personalized guest service. Previously, Paulina worked as Chief Stewardess on M/Y Canvas 33M and M/Y Australia 56M. Known for her organised approach, attention to detail, and warm guest-focused attitude, Paulina takes pride in creating a welcoming and seamless experience on board. Her hospitality background, combined with her calm professionalism and enthusiasm for yachting, makes her a valued member of MARTITA. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, history, travelling, food, music, art, and hiking.

With over 25 years of diverse culinary experience, Delroy is a passionate and highly skilled yacht chef known for his vibrant, international cuisine. His expertise spans modern and classic European dishes, as well as Southeast Asian, Japanese, Lebanese, Caribbean, and Latin American flavors, making him a versatile and creative force in the galley. Delroy has held the position of Sole Chef aboard prestigious yachts up to 40 meters, including private and charter vessels, navigating regions such as the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and the Atlantic. His extensive experience also includes fine dining establishments, where he honed his skills in plating, presentation, and specialized diets, including vegan, gluten-free, and health-conscious menus.
Bilingual in English and French, he is known for his dedication, professionalism, and ability to create memorable dining experiences even in the most dynamic environments. Whether cooking for discerning guests or managing galley operations on long passages, Delroy’s commitment to culinary excellence is unwavering.

With over 25 years in the yachting industry, and nearly two decades as a captain, Joshua brings a wealth of experience to MARTITA. He has helmed a number of prestigious yachts, including several iconic Riva models, consistently delivering outstanding charter experiences throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Renowned for his calm, professional leadership and meticulous attention to detail, Joshua combines strong technical expertise with a hands-on approach to engineering systems and ISM procedures, ensuring every element of the yacht operates to the highest standard. Guests can expect smooth cruising, bespoke itineraries, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere onboard — whether it’s a relaxed family holiday or a luxury escape.
