Mike has been working as an engineer in the yachting industry for the past five years on a range of different sized vessels. He is from Lymington in the south of England and prior to yachting he studied engineering at university as part of a commercial shipping cadetship. Mike has also spent a winter working in a ski resort and in his down time he enjoys travelling, diving, skiing, hiking and spending time with his family.

Despite growing up far from the sea in Oxfordshire, England, Dave has had a love of the sea and sailing from a young age. Working as a sailing instructor after finishing school introduced Dave to the yachting industry, where his love of travel and all things mechanical was combined. Dave has worked on a variety of motor and sailing yachts over the last 20 years from 68 – 75 metres. He enjoys any opportunity to get his hands dirty at home with motorbikes and classic cars.

Lily grew up in Swanage, a small sailing town in the south of the England. She has always had a love for the ocean and joined the industry in 2018 where she landed her first position on a classic Feadship. Lily has a passion for adventure, enjoying hiking, diving, water sports & running in her spare time. She enjoys the travelling aspect of yachting and hopes to continue in this thriving industry putting a smile on your face as she does so.

Stella grew up on a small car-free island on the Swedish West Coast, where the sea was a natural part of everyday life. Sailing and boats has therefore played a big role in her life and to start working in the yachting industry felt like natural path. With a calm and positive presence, she enjoys life at sea and the unique experiences that comes with it. Outside of work, Stella has a passion for photography, sailing, Pilates and hiking.

Toby was born in California but spent his childhood living in a few different countries England, Italy, and Bahrain. His parents had both been in the Royal Navy so the sea had always been a big part of his life growing up and lead him to become an engineer in the merchant Navy. Toby spent 5 years on oil & gas tankers before deciding to make a change and move into the yachting industry. He enjoys tinkering in a workshop, playing a little guitar and going sailing.

Originally from Scotland, Ewan has been sailing since he was 5 years old. After leaving school. Ewan joined Rolls Royce, gas turbine division for 8 years. At 24 years old the need to travel encouraged Ewan to sail a 33' yacht from Australia to Portugal. Since then, he has captained, managed, and built yachts of various sizes and sailed thousands of miles around the globe. Ewan enjoys reading, road biking and spending time with his family.

Euan , known on board as Moss, has always had a passion for food and has always wanted to be a Chef since the age of 4. Moss enjoys the creativity and passion that cooking food has to offer, and this has led him to join the yachting industry. He loves to continue to explore new cuisines and try out different foods. He enjoys exploring new places, hiking and he can often be found at the gym as he also loves weightlifting. He is always smiling and always willing to make everybody happy on board.

Will grew up in the UK but he has been wandering the planet for the last fifteen years. Will recently attained his unlimited OOW qualification. He loves outdoor sports: hiking, skiing and cycling in the mountains and diving and sailing in the oceans. Occasionally he gets to indulge his true passion of photography

Millie grew up in Northamptonshire in the countryside. After she finished a three year fashion marketing degree and working in London she realise the office life wasn’t for her and went on to volunteer in the Galapagos, which inspired her to join the yachting industry. Millie has a passion for diving, and travelling, as well as providing a memorable experience for guests.
