A graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in France, Marios has mastered the art of blending tradition with imagination. His cuisine celebrates the rich flavours of Italy, Greece, and the Mediterranean, while adding his own signature touch through Japanese cuisine, sushi, Asian Fusion, and contemporary fine dining.

His impressive yachting journey has taken him around the world, creating exceptional dining moments aboard M/Y KARMA (32m), M/Y JO 1 (50m), M/Y DUKE GREEK (32m), S/Y Samurai (44m), M/Y Sapphire (74m), M/Y Idyllic (60m), S/Y Barracuda (44m), and M/Y Libertas (40m). Wherever the anchor drops, guests can expect cuisine that is fresh, imaginative and always prepared with heart.

Through his personal brand “Memories of Flavors,” he shares recipes, culinary traditions, and the stories behind the dishes that connect people around the world. An author of four published books and an experienced Culinary Arts teacher, he loves nothing more than sharing his passion and inspiring the next generation of food lovers.

For Captain Savvas, no two charters should ever feel the same! Having spent much of his career at the helm of Ferretti yachts including M/Y Piola (830), M/Y Sun Di Mangio (720), M/Y Hasard (720) and M/Y Ability, he has developed a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship, performance and effortless elegance that define these exceptional yachts.

A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos and holder of a Master Mariner qualification, Captain Savvas began his career aboard commercial tankers before transitioning into luxury yachting. His diverse background provides the perfect balance of technical excellence with the calm, discreet service expected aboard a luxury yacht.

With an enviable network throughout the Greek islands and an insider's knowledge of each destination, Captain Savvas delights in revealing a side of Greece that many visitors never experience. Whether securing one of Mykonos' most sought after dinner reservations, recommending a family run waterfront taverna in the Saronic, or dropping anchor in a secluded Ionian bay where the only soundtrack is the gentle lapping of the sea and the cicadas, he crafts journeys that are personal, seamless and filled with unforgettable moments!

If there's one crew member who rarely stands still, it's Tassos! Equally at home in the engine room, at the helm of the tender, or leading the day's watersports, he brings an infectious enthusiasm that makes every day on board that little bit more fun.

A self proclaimed Ferretti enthusiast, having spent much of his career aboard yachts, including M/Y Annouka, he knows every detail of the yacht and takes genuine pride in keeping her performing at her very best. A qualified scuba diver and lifelong lover of the sea, Tassos is often the first to suggest an adventure, whether it's discovering a hidden snorkelling spot, taking the kids on a thrilling jet ski ride, or finding the perfect cove for an afternoon swim.

And don't be surprised if he disappears beneath the surface for a few minutes... there's every chance he'll resurface with the freshest seafood of the day, ready for the chef to transform into an unforgettable lunch!

Born in the beautiful coastal city of Odessa, Yulia has always been drawn to the sea. With a natural flair for hospitality, a bright personality, and an instinctive understanding of people, she has a wonderful talent for making every guest feel instantly at home onboard MAYBE NOT.

Yulia studied at the Polytechnic university and her passion for the sea was nurtured through her studies at Odessa Maritime Academy, where she developed the knowledge and skills that would become the foundation of her successful career in yachting.

With 10 years of experience across yachts including M/Y Sagitta, M/Y L’Artisti, M/Y Riva, and M/Y Nina, Yulia has perfected the art of effortless, intuitive service.

Yulia is always one step ahead, whether it’s a perfectly timed morning coffee appearing just as the sun rises, a favourite breakfast prepared exactly the way you like it, or a refreshing towel magically waiting after a dip in crystal-clear waters.
