Known for her energetic and empathetic demeanor, Nurpelve has a strong ability to anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless onboard experience.
Her leadership experience as a team manager in boutique hospitality settings, combined with her formal training in cooking and social media management, makes her an all-around asset on board. Fluent in both English and Turkish, and skilled in time management and crisis resolution, Nurpelve excels at creating an elegant, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Captain Ali brings a wealth of experience to the yachting industry, having served as a captain since 2003. Over the years, he has helmed a diverse range of motor and sailing yachts, including the 35m S/Y Carmina, the 40m M/Y Bamboo, and the 35m M/Y Mereve, among others. His extensive background spans both new-build and refit projects, where his expertise ensures vessels are maintained and operated to the highest standards.
Before stepping into the world of luxury yachting, Captain Ali built a strong foundation working on various commercial ships, gaining invaluable maritime knowledge. Throughout his career, he has captained charter yachts across Turkey and Europe, refining his leadership skills and deepening his understanding of exceptional guest service. A graduate of Kocaeli University’s Maritime Vocational School, Hamdi holds a Restricted Master license and is certified in a wide range of navigational, safety, and medical operations. His career spans roles from Third Officer to Captain aboard both commercial and private vessels, including tugs and luxury yachts. Known for his calm demeanor, strong sense of responsibility, and deep commitment to safety, Hamdi ensures smooth daily operations and supports the Captain in delivering exceptional service onboard.
