Hamish is Australian and has called France home for the past 10 years. Trained at the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, he has spent the last five years working in renowned one- and two-Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris. His passion for exceptional ingredients, refined techniques and modern French gastronomy allows him to create elegant dining experiences tailored to guests’ preferences.

Abby is from Yorkshire in the UK and recently joined the yachting industry after building a strong background in hospitality. With a love for travel, the outdoors and coastal living, yachting was a natural career move. She enjoys meeting people from around the world, discovering new destinations, and ensuring guests receive warm, attentive service throughout their time on board.

Dan has been on board MEME for 13 seasons as Captain and has a further 6 years’ experience as Captain on other similar sized yachts. He has a passion for the sea both under it as a Padi dive instructor and on the surface sailing and cruising. He has wide knowledge of cruising in Corsica, Northern Sardinia and the French coastline having been sailing here since 2007. He enjoys watersports and showing guests on MEME the calm, quiet daily lifestyle afforded on board a yacht in the Mediterranean.

Michael is currently enjoying his second full season as a deckhand in the Mediterranean. Prior to joining MEME, he worked aboard a large motor catamaran, gaining valuable experience in deck operations and guest activities. A keen water sports enthusiast, Michael loves spending time on and around the water and enjoys helping guests make the most of their time on board.
