Antoine has been working for 13 years with the present owners of MIA ROCCA IX. He has a great experience in cruising on many sailing yachts up to 100 ft in the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and the Red Sea. Many nautical miles on his log book after crossing 8 times the Atlantic Ocean. His experience includes also cruising and being Captain on motor yacht such as Leopard 27 and Mangusta 80. Antoine enjoys chartering, looking after clients in giving them the best time on board Mia Rocca IX.

Enzo has always been attracted by the maritime environmental. With studies in Nautical Maintenance and his experience with engine repairs and management of a small boat rental base which have allowed him to acquire a solid experience to join the yachting industry. Enzo is meticulous and versatile, he likes to ba part of a team and is a good asset to the crew of MIA ROCCA IX

Experienced Executive Chef with more than 20 years of expertise in fine dining, luxury hospitality, private villas, superyachts, and catering services. Skilled in Mediterranean, Italian, and wellness-oriented cuisine, with a strong focus on fresh seasonal ingredients, organic products, and high-quality service. Proven track record in restaurant ownership and management, menu development, event catering, team leadership, and cost control. Extensive experience serving high-profile private clients aboard luxury yachts and in exclusive residences. Fluent in Spanish with working knowledge of English. Holds STCW 95 certification and a valid driver's license.

Professional Yacht Stewardess with experience aboard private and charter luxury yachts. Skilled in housekeeping, cabin preparation, laundry services, guest hospitality, breakfast service, and table decoration. Experienced in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, preparing yacht interiors for owners, charter guests, and sales viewings.
