Antoine has been working for 13 years with the present owners of MIA ROCCA IX. He has a great experience in cruising on many sailing yachts up to 100 ft in the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and the Red Sea. Many nautical miles on his log book after crossing 8 times the Atlantic Ocean. His experience includes also cruising and being Captain on motor yacht such as Leopard 27 and Mangusta 80. Antoine enjoys chartering, looking after clients in giving them the best time on board Mia Rocca IX.

Sarah has almost ten-years experience in the yachting industry. She has been alternating seasons on board private and charter yachts with intensive cooking training in Bangkok for Thai cuisine, in Tokyo for Japanese cooking and at the Paul Bocuse institute for fine dining courses. Passionate, Dynamic, organized, and efficient, she is also a good team player with can-do attitude and positive energy. Guests will be delighted by her French, Italian and Asian Cuisine, as well as a pastry and bakery. Sarah Can also cater for Vegan and gluten free.

Enzo has always been attracted by the maritime environmental. With studies in Nautical Maintenance and his experience with engine repairs and management of a small boat rental base which have allowed him to acquire a solid experience to join the yachting industry. Enzo is meticulous and versatile, he likes to ba part of a team and is a good asset to the crew of MIA ROCCA IX
