Captain Alberto Fanchiotti joins M/Y MICLA’S III with several years of command experience in the Mediterranean, following a transition into yachting in 2017. Italian and born on 3 September 1970, he is based in Marina di Carrara and speaks Italian, English and German fluently.
He has operated his own yachts under the Italian occasional charter regime, commanding vessels such as Atlantis 47 and Ferretti 530, and carrying out numerous day and multi day charters across the Tuscan Archipelago, Corsica, Sardinia and the Tyrrhenian coast. More recently, he has been serving as Captain of a 72’ commercial motor yacht, further consolidating his experience in structured charter operations.
Alberto holds a Yacht Master licence without limits and the professional qualification of Officer of the Watch (II Class). He is accustomed to managing all aspects of navigation, guest interaction and itinerary planning, with a calm and practical approach on board.
Reliable and guest focused, he brings solid familiarity with Mediterranean cruising and a well balanced, professional presence to MICLA’S III.

Elisa Di Felice joins M/Y MICLA’S III as Stewardess/Cook, bringing a practical and well rounded background developed across yachting, hospitality and guest service roles. Italian and born in 1980, she combines hands on experience on board with a natural ease in guest interaction and day to day yacht operations.
Since 2020, Elisa has been working aboard private yachts engaged in charter activity, gaining experience in mooring operations, while also supporting interior duties and meal preparation. Throughout this period, she has worked alongside Captain Fanchiotti, developing a well established onboard dynamic and a coordinated approach to yacht operations.
Her earlier experience in restaurants, bars and hospitality environments has provided her with a solid foundation in service, food preparation and customer care, contributing to a practical and flexible approach to her dual role on board. She is comfortable managing both interior responsibilities and simple galley duties.
Elisa is known for her reliability, adaptability and positive attitude, with good organisational skills and a straightforward, attentive approach to guest service. She contributes to a relaxed and well managed onboard atmosphere, supporting both daily operations and guest experience on MICLA’S III.
