Pierre is from France and joined the yachting industry in 2021, starting as a Deckhand before moving up to Mate. With a long background in hospitality, he naturally focuses on making sure guests feel comfortable and enjoy their time on the water. He’s experienced in navigation, tender driving, water sports, and general yacht upkeep. Pierre enjoys sharing his knowledge of the ocean, especially when it comes to water sports and diving. Before joining MY Midnight Saga in April 2026, he worked as a Captain on a 20m catamaran.

Pierre -Denis Boulard
Mate
Tess is from the Philippines and has been working in yachting since 2000. She started out as a stewardess and made the move into the galley, becoming a Head and Sole Chef in 2013. She enjoys creating well-balanced, flavorful dishes with a focus on international cuisine and clean presentation. Traveling plays a big part in her cooking style, as she often takes inspiration from the places she visits and the food she experiences along the way. Before joining MY Midnight Saga in April 2026, Tess was the Sole Chef on board MY Katalpa.

Vincent is from France, his career began with a strong passion for watersports, after several years as a watersport instructor before progressing to Captain role on S/Y, followed by more than10 years of experience on M/Y.
With over 20 years of experience at sea, and more than 10 years on M/Y. He has developed a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the yachting industry, including navigation, crew leadership, guest service, operational management, technical oversight and maintained to thehighest standards & operated safety and efficiently at all times. He joined Midnight Saga in April 2026.

Captain
Magali grew up in France and joined the yachting industry in 2017 on a classic schooner and has since worked many seasons and temporary positions on various sized motor- and sail- yachts in 3rd stew, 2nd stew, deckhand, deck/stew and sole stew roles. These many diverse experiences allow flexibility and a problem solving approach on board Midnight Saga. When not working, Magali mostly travels for long periods of time to learn new skills such as yoga teaching in India, massage training in Thailand and martial arts in China, sailing across the pacific ocean. Her most recent adventure has been to walk the camino of Santiago for 75 days across France and Spain. In her free time she plays guitar and practices yoga.

Stewardess
Originally from South Africa, Mynhardt entered the yachting industry in 2018 as a Deckhand and has since worked his way into an engineering role. He has a practical, problem-solving mindset and enjoys the technical side of keeping everything running smoothly on board. Mynhardt is particularly interested in travel to more remote destinations, including places like Norway and the Canary Islands. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and staying active. He joined MY Midnight Saga in May 2025 after working as Second Engineer on MY Bravado.
