Harry grew up on the south coast of England where he learnt to sail dinghies at an early age. Fuelled by his passion, he pursued a career in yachting and took part in two Oyster World Rally’s. Harry has worked in several roles throughout the Oyster fleet, gaining invaluable experience and his dedication and skills led him to quickly rise through the ranks to later land a job as a captain at the age of 22. He has worked with his wife, Chef Issy, for several years. Together they have cruised extensively and in 2022, they crossed the Pacific Ocean, solidifying their strong teamwork. Harry is deeply committed to the safety and comfort of everyone on board MIDNIGHT and ensures guests enjoy an exceptional charter experience, working closely with the guests to ensure all their needs and wishes are met.

Issy developed a love for sailing from a young age, learning the ropes with her family around the Solent on the South Coast of England. After finishing school, she was drawn to the world of yachting, choosing to build her career in an industry that perfectly combined her passions for the sea, adventure, and hospitality.
Over the years, Issy has sailed both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, gaining a wealth of experience on various Oyster yachts and holding roles including Chef/Mate during the Oyster World Rally, where her career as a Chef on board yachts began. During this time, she worked closely with Captain Harry for two years, refining her skills in gourmet cuisine and guest service.
Issy is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences, curating her menus with an emphasis on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients to create memorable dining moments on board. With a warm, attentive approach, Issy goes above and beyond to ensure that each guest's journey is unforgettable, offering impeccable service and culinary delights tailored to their tastes.

Louis first started sailing on dinghies at an early age. His professional career began when he joined Harry and Issy in the Pacific for part of the Oyster World Rally, sailing from New Caledonia to Australia.
While in Australia, he helped maintain some large racing yachts, before rejoining Harry and Issy for an Atlantic crossing on board MIDNIGHT. Since then, Louis has worked on several yachts in the Caribbean as delivery and race. More recently, Louis joined a 55m Ketch for her Atlantic crossing both sailing and preparing the vessel for a refit.
Louis has a friendly, outgoing personality and will take pride in ensuring guests have a happy time aboard MIDNIGHT.
