Growing up on the coast in Cape Town - South Africa, allowed Ashleigh the ability to thrive on the water, developing a passion and skill for all water sports. Having obtained an honors in Psychology, and an absolute desire for working with children, Ashleigh studied and utilized play therapy within multiple avenues throughout the years. Her hobbies and interests include traveling to new places, exploring different cultures and discovering what the world has to offer, with her favorite travel destinations being anywhere that includes snowy mountains or under the sea. Joining the yachting world in 2014 as a Sole Stewardess, she has built up her expertise through a variety of yachts since which has allowed her to obtain skills in all aspects of the interior, which she gladly brings to Milestone to assist in giving you the best time on board.

Born in Cape Town - South Africa, Warren has always had a strong affiliation with the ocean. Having Web Development / IT - Programming as an initial career path, he decided to keep himself away from the desk world and continue to follow his passions in the yachting industry. With an avid sense of adventure, he has since travelled the world and excelled in various water sports, which included being a NSRI helicopter rescue swimmer. One of Warren's greatest achievements was completing a 40 000 Kilometer motorbike trip around South America. Since starting his yachting career, he has grown through some prestigious charter and private yachts, which has allowed him to obtain all the relevant deck and water sport skills to be a great addition to the crew.

Ryan grew up in the United States on Cape Cod. Prior to joining the industry he completed an international maritime business degree in Massachusetts. His passion for the water and fishing led him into professional sport fishing, working as part of a shark research and whale shark tagging team, and then into the yachting. Ryan also loves skiing, hiking, trail running, water sports, surfing, spearfishing, free diving, and photography.

Austin hails from Savannah, Georgia. His love for the ocean started at an early age growing up on the coast. After graduating Appalachian State University, he traveled to Spain to teach English for a year. While there he found out about yachting where he landed his first job as junior engineer. Now in his 9th year in yachting, he has worked his way up to Chief Engineer with his Y3 rating. When he is not working on a generator or getting his hands dirty in the engine room, Austin enjoys surfing and playing music.

Johnny joins Milestone with a wide scope of experience in the Maritime space, logging years as a charter captain with extensive global cruising and project management. Currently based in Seattle, Washington he relishes every time the warmth of the Caribbean beckons. While at home, Johnny does his best not to spoil his two girls Sophia and Evelynn too much. Otherwise, you’ll find him helping his wife Tamara with running her furniture design business and
maintaining his two restaurants in downtown Seattle with the help of his two siblings. Johnny takes pride in his work and is sincerely grateful for the opportunity to deliver such an exciting trip for you, your friends and your family.

Harry is a highly skilled Chief Engineer from Maui, Hawai’i who has a passion for the outdoors. He has spent most of his life exploring the natural beauty of Hawai’i and brings that same sense of adventure and curiousity to his work on board. As a Chief Engineer, Harry is responsible for the safe working order of every piece of machinery on board and the ultimate safety for engine room operations. When he’s not working on board, he loves to spend time on the water. He has a passion for surfing, spear fishing, scuba diving and exploring the great outdoors.

She has chosen a career that combines her love for people, her desire to live on the ocean and her passion to travel our vast and wonderful world. Her zest for life and free spirit always shines through when connecting with guests, providing them with a service that is professional, fun and welcoming. During her time off you can find Skye diving with the sea creatures, exploring in nature and developing her photography, fitness and wellness skills.

Born near Barcelona, in her young age she was gaining valuable experience in a multitude of roles including accountant, administrative staff in hospitals and mountain guide. Rori felt those roles were not enough and decided to drop it all and roll into the world of yachting. No, having been in the industry for a few years with experience on a few prestigious yachts she’s here to give her best onboard motor yacht MILESTONE. Rori is an outdoor enthusiast and loves reading any kind of books.

Gareth is a family orientated person that was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. He has been working in the industry for the past five years and has true passion for his work and lifestyle. Gareth’s previous work experience in sales, hospitality and manufacturing helped him hone skills he uses in his position today. Growing up surfing from the age of 5, Gareth is extremely water sports orientated which has helped him develop an understanding of the ocean. Very active he likes fishing, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding or anything that gets the adrenaline going!

In 1999 Chef Terry began his culinary career at the Four Square Restaurant in Durham, North Carolina. The next stop on his culinary tour was as a cook at Charlie Trotter's restaurant in Chicago. He then moved south to Florida in 2002 where he worked at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Chef Terry then became the Chef at a local French restaurant Bistro Bisou in Miami followed by a Chef position at Emeril's in Miami Beach. Chef Terry worked as a private chef and caterer creating a variety of menus that ranged from kosher to vegetarian to diabetic to macrobiotic. In 2013, Chef Terry began working in the yachting industry. Since then, he's traveled the world, logged countless sea miles, and gained invaluable experience professionally preparing unforgettable meals.
