Captain Sifis was born in 1967 and is serving at sea for over twenty five years. He has an extensive motor yacht and sailing experience. He also has an impressive record of transatlantic trips, including several solo crossings. Sifis is at “Milos” family for more than ten years, and during this period he is not only at the helm of “Milos” yachts, but he is also responsible for the management of the yachts. Further to the above, he is a professional scuba diver, lifeguard and an avid technology buff. Apart from his professional credentials, Sifis is an affable and attentive guide to Greece’s geographic and cultural treasures.His friendly and efficient character, in combination with his knowledge, makes the guests feel safe and welcome on his yacht. He speaks English well and his interests are: sky diving, paragliding and sailing races.

Charalambos was born in 1978, in Athens and is a seasoned Chief Engineer renowned for his expertise in maritime engineering and safety management. Holding qualifications from the Hellenic Republic Ministry of Shipping, Maritime Affairs, and the Aegean Seafarers Training Directorate, he boasts a comprehensive skill set in STCW regulations, including passengers and Ro/Ro-Passengers ships safety, crisis management, and human behavior. With a career spanning over a decade, he has navigated various vessels, exhibiting exceptional leadership and technical prowess. Outside his maritime endeavors, Charalambos enjoys swimming and sports, embodying a well-rounded professional dedicated to both his craft and personal interests.

Ken studied Marine Transportation in Maritime School and has over than ten years of experience at sea. Ken is always there with a big smile and a positive attitude. He speaks English and basic Greek and his interests are: basketball and reading.

Katerina is a personable and professional stewardess known for her strong sense of human connection and teamwork. Her ability to build positive relationships creates trust and comfort for both guests and crew, making her a valued member of any team. She brings enthusiasm, adaptability, and a drive for excellence to every role, always seeking new challenges and growth. Honest, discreet, and dependable, Katerina maintains high standards of service and integrity in everything she does. Her experience includes time aboard M/Y OPTASIA (82m) and M/Y GECO (55m), where she contributed to top-tier guest service and interior operations. Ambitious and forward-thinking, Katerina is excited for a future full of opportunity—and ready to embrace it.

Giannis is a seasoned deckhand with over 7 years of experience at sea, confidently taking on Bosun responsibilities with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach. He has worked aboard respected vessels such as M/Y SHOOTING STAR (31m) (charter) and M/Y AL MIRQAB (133m) (private), consistently delivering high standards of deck maintenance, teamwork, and guest service.
In addition to his maritime experience, Giannis brings a strong technical skill set that includes machine operation, carpentry, mechanical assembly and disassembly, malfunction detection and repair, and construction based on technical drawings. He is also experienced in supervising machinery, maintaining operational safety, and applying all key workplace safety protocols.
Giannis is a team player with excellent communication skills. He adapts easily to new environments, and thrives in collaborative settings—always committed to the success of the team and the smooth operation of the vessel. Outside of work, Giannis enjoys fishing and playing football, staying active and connected to the sea—his favorite place to be.

Grace has worked on mega yachts and has been working at sea for the last five years. She has been on board Milos at Sea since 2019 and is very efficient and active. She speaks English and Tagalong and her interests are: volleyball and traveling.

Nick is a dedicated and reliable yacht chef with a strong track record of delivering exceptional dining experiences at sea. Known for working efficiently under pressure, he consistently exceeds expectations and ensures every meal is tailored to guest preferences. Nick expertly manages all aspects of the galley, including menu planning, provisioning, and maintaining a safe, sanitary kitchen in line with the highest food safety standards. He has successfully served on M/Y SHOOTING STAR and M/Y HARMONY, and of course as head chef on MILOS restaurant in Athens preparing a wide range of hot and cold meals with a focus on quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Nick’s hands-on approach and professionalism make him a valued crew member on any charter.
