Adel Abo Oof, an Italian national of Egyptian origin, joins the crew with a strong background in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, complemented by years of high-end hospitality experience both on land and at sea. Fluent in Italian and English, with native Arabic and conversational Spanish, he is confident in multicultural settings and attentive to the diverse preferences of international guests.
His recent yachting experience includes seasonal positions on M/Y OSO (28m, Ibiza–Formentera) and M/Y TARKUNI (21m, Antibes), where he managed daily cooking for guests and crew, combining fresh Mediterranean ingredients with elegant presentation. Adel takes care of all aspects of meal preparation—from sourcing quality produce to plating—with a particular flair for vibrant, balanced dishes suited to warm-weather cruising.
Prior to yachting, Adel worked across some of Europe’s most exclusive venues, including Hotel Splendide Royal and Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola in Lugano, as well as delivering private catering for luxury clients such as Armani, Fendi, and Dolce & Gabbana. His wide-ranging hospitality roles—from chef de rang and bartender to event catering and fine dining service—have sharpened his attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
Adel is STCW certified, holds an ENG1 medical, Level 2 Food & Hygiene certification, and powerboat licences (PWB II and PWC). Calm, creative, and team-oriented, he is passionate about food, guest wellbeing, and creating memorable onboard experiences.

Fadwa Fenan joins M/Y MILU II with a strong hospitality background and a versatile professional track record across guest service roles on land and at sea. Born in Sassari, Sardinia, in 1994, she brings a natural familiarity with Mediterranean culture and a warm, guest-focused attitude that reflects her roots.
Her recent yachting experience includes seasonal service as a stewardess on daily charters in the Golfo Aranci area, where she developed hands-on familiarity with onboard service standards and guest care. Prior to yachting, Fadwa worked extensively in high-end bars and restaurants, refining her cocktail-making skills, mise en place techniques, and customer service approach. Her experience also includes managerial responsibilities in London, highlighting her adaptability and leadership potential.
She holds STCW, ENG1, and Silver Service certification, along with training in hygiene standards, sea safety procedures, floral decoration, and first aid. Fluent in Italian and Arabic, with an intermediate-to-advanced level of English, she is appreciated for her discretion, energy, and collaborative spirit.

Manuel was born in Bologna in 1977. After completing his formal education, from 2001, he has been embarked on both private and charter yachts, at first in the role of deckhand/skipper and then as Captain (i.e. 25m Sanlorenzo MIRALTA and 27m Leopard BEMBIK, among others).
He holds a R.Y.A. Yacht Master Offshore 200 ton. M.C.A. since October 2007.
Manuel also skippered several sailing yachts and fishing boats, in various parts of the world: Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Florida.
From 2012 until 2015, he was the Owner and kitesurf head instructor of North Sardinia Kite School (I.K.O. certified Kitesurf instructor level 2).
Captain Manuel is a polite and well mannered individual, always enthusiastic and prepared to meet challenges. He brings positivity and energy to the workplace and has a passion for creating memorable experiences for the guests. In his spare time, he enjoys practicing kitesurfing, travelling, listening to music and reading.
Manuel is mother tongue Italian and has a good working knowledge of English and French.
