Guillaume Doll is the first officer/engineer onboard for 3 years. He’s 48 years old and has been working onboard sailing yacht and motor yacht for 15 years. He sailed in the mediterranean sea and speaks french, English and german.

Jean is the chef onboard since 10 years. He’s 50 years old and has 30 years experience in catering. Before the yachting industry he got two business in restauration (brasserie and restaurant). He’s very polyvalent and will able to adapt with all type of cuisine.

Sébastien Mantelet is the captain onboard Miss Candy. He’s 49 years old and captain for 15 years. He has been working in the yachting industry for 5 years onboard chartered yachts in the mediterranean sea. Before that he worked in the merchant navy as captain onboard ferryboat and tug boat in the South pacific ocean. He speaks french and engllish.
