Ulrika Fredrikson is a passionate Finnish yacht chef with a strong background in high-end charter sailing across the Mediterranean, Bahamas, and the Caribbean. With a lifelong love for cooking and formal training from the Ashburton Cookery School and Rouxbe Culinary School, Ulrika crafts vibrant, globally inspired dishes, ranging from Mediterranean and Asian fusion to vegan and gluten-free cuisine.
Her yachting experience spans busy charter catamarans like S/Y Ad Astra, S/Y Bella, and S/Y Unwavering, where she has managed both galley and interior duties while supporting deck operations. Ulrika is also skilled in guest service, provisioning, and content creation for social media.
Fluent in Swedish, Finnish, and English, she combines creativity with a strong work ethic and thrives in dynamic, guest-focused environments. She is currently seeking her next challenge on a larger vessel, continuing to grow her skills while delivering unforgettable culinary experiences at sea.

From an early age, Tim's fascination with the ocean and passion for sailing were evident. Growing up in Stewart Island, New Zealand, he dedicated numerous years to competing in dinghy and keelboat racing, refining his sailing skills and knowledge.
Today, Tim takes pride in the restoration of a 35ft classic wooden launch with a rich history spanning over a century. This vessel holds significant historical value for Southland, New Zealand, and he is resolute in his commitment to returning it to its former glory. Undertaking this challenging yet rewarding project, Tim is determined to achieve the highest standards possible.
Throughout the past two decades, Tim's love for sailing has led him on countless adventures. Joining the Superyacht industry at the age of 18, he has traversed hundreds of thousands of miles across various oceans, including the Pacific, Caribbean, Atlantic, Mediterranean, North Sea, and the Baltic. These experiences have instilled in him profound insights into the ocean, navigation, and seamanship, which he diligently applies to his daily endeavors.
Always driven by a desire for improvement and innovation within the marine industry, Tim actively explores emerging technologies and novel vessel operations. His keen interest in optimizing systems to enhance both efficiency and effectiveness is evident in his continuous efforts to refine and redesign them.

Rory Pulman is a seasoned professional seafarer and classic boat builder with over 13 years of global yachting experience. Rory has accumulated over 85,000 sea miles and completed 19 transatlantic crossings.
His career spans a diverse array of roles, including Captain, Mate, Carpenter, and race crew on prestigious sailing yachts such as SY Varsovie, SY Dragonfly, SY Altair, and SY Crossbow.
With a strong background in carpentry and traditional boatbuilding, Rory combines technical craftsmanship with leadership, having supervised deck crews and managed full vessel refits. He holds a Diploma in Traditional Boatbuilding and multiple maritime certifications, including RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (200GT), STCW, ENG1, and advanced diving qualifications.
Rory has also operated his own boatbuilding business in Devon, specializing in both modern and classic wooden yachts. Passionate about the sea, racing, and craftsmanship, Rory is driven by a long-term goal to restore and build classic sailing yachts, marrying his love for traditional techniques with his extensive sailing knowledge.
In his spare time, Rory enjoys fitness, surfing, photography, guitar, and a range of water sports.

Nigel is a super energetic and enthusiastic charter yacht captain with tons of experience sailing the eastern and western Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the east and west coasts of the USA, the Bahamas, the San Blas, Seychelles, Canaries, and Azores Islands, and all the ocean crossings between.
Nigel is a hands-on Captain with years of engineering experience on many of the vessels he’s sailed. He even taught some of the engineers on the bigger vessels! Nigel’s yard work includes years of annual refits and extensive rebuilds in various yards across the US, Spain, France, and mostly Italy, where many of the build yards of the vessels he’s sailed are located.
Nigel loves to live life to the fullest and loves to entertain. He takes great pride in his work, making sure everything is in top shape and safe. Nigel also enjoys sharing all his knowledge with the MISS SILVER’s owners, guests, and crew.

Marta Kulczycka is an experienced and adaptable hospitality professional with a dynamic career across the yachting, luxury travel, and wellness industries. Originally from Poland and fluent in English and Polish, Marta has worked as a Chef, Host, Chalet Manager, and Personal Assistant before moving to yachting, showcasing a diverse skill set and a commitment to excellence.
Her yachting career includes positions on vessels such as MY Dardanella, SY Kokotea, and MY Nadira, where she managed interior operations, guest services, provisioning, and crew meals. With a passion for nutrition, she frequently took on dual roles as chef and stewardess, creating healthy and flavorful menus for both guests and crew.
Beyond the sea, Marta has spent winters managing luxury chalets in the French Alps and summers leading outdoor activities across Europe. She also collaborates with surf brands as an ambassador, content creator, and guide. Her background includes corporate experience with Amazon UK, where she worked as a Recruitment and HR Manager.
Marta holds a BA in Marketing Management and PADI Open Water Diving, among others. Her wide-ranging expertise, adventurous spirit, and warm personality make her a valuable asset in any hospitality-focused environment.

Matthew is a motivated and reliable worker with a solid work ethic. He approaches tasks with lateral thinking and a knack for creative solutions, always willing to go that extra mile. He has worked on sailboats, commercial dive vessels, and super yachts. With a background in plumbing, he is comfortable working with tools and supporting engineering and mechanical tasks.

He is an open-minded ocean enthusiast with a desire for adventure or anything that brings a new and exciting experience or thrill. He thrives in challenging environments.
