Michael was born and raised in Sardinia - Italy, where he developed a strong connection to the sea from an early age. With extensive experience in yachting, diving, and watersports, he has gained hands-on expertise working on both private and charter yachts across the Mediterranean.
Over the years, Michael has worked as a deckhand, skipper, and dive instructor, acquiring practical knowledge in deck operations, vessel maintenance, mooring and anchoring procedures, and tender handling. His experience includes supporting navigation, assisting the captain during voyages, managing exterior upkeep, and ensuring safety and comfort for guests onboard.
Reliable and safety-oriented, Michael is recognized for his strong seamanship skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently as part of a team. His calm and professional approach contributes to smooth onboard operations and a well-maintained vessel.

Giuseppina was born in 1976 in Castellaneta, southern Italy. She started working in the yachting industry in 2002.
Beginning as a sailor and then having a passion for cooking she qualified for the super yacht chef diploma graduating from the ALMA School of International Cuisine.
She is expansive, cheerful, reserved and loves interacting with people.
After finishing her degree in foreign languages and literature she began sailing on small sailboats, the sea always fascinated Giuseppina so she then decided to turn her passion into a job. Her first embarkation was decisive for her career, to become a super yacht chef. She attended cooking school for professional chefs of Gualtiero Marchesi graduating with excellent grades to assure her employers of her seriousness and professionalism. Giuseppina has always worked on charter yachts, she has good organizational skills, great energy and professionalism allowing her to perform perfectly and serenely. Giuseppina speaks Italian as her native language, English, French and Spanish.

Sergio Pinducciu, born in 1967, brings over 20 years of experience as a captain, at the helm of various size yachts with expertise and precision.
His in-depth knowledge of the Mediterranean, particularly around Sardinia and Corsica, territories where he was born and raised, highlights his deep-rooted passion for the sea, making him a key asset aboard MONTENAPO. Sergio’s calm demeanor and attention to detail have earned him a reputation for navigating even the most challenging situations with ease.
Throughout his career, Sergio has successfully captained prestigious yachts, including a Riva Domino 88 and a Sunseeker Predator 82 for charter, demonstrating not only his technical proficiency but also his leadership and organizational skills. His ability to manage crews and maintain yachts year-round ensures smooth operations, while his communication abilities allow him to interact effortlessly with both clients and crew members.
Sergio has achieved advanced certifications, including a Master 200 GT and a Yachtmaster Offshore and he is also a PADI certified diver.
Italian native speaker and fluent in English, he offers professionalism and expertise, ensuring that every voyage is safe and enjoyable.

Her career has developed through onboard roles as deckhand and stewardess, allowing her to build a well-rounded and highly versatile profile.
She has gained solid experience on busy charter yachts, where she particularly excels in guest service and interior management. She is highly skilled in cabin preparation, table service, and attention to detail, consistently maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization while contributing to a welcoming and refined onboard atmosphere.
Silvina stands out for her positive attitude, natural hospitality, and strong interpersonal skills. She is always available to guests, very warm and approachable, and attentive to their needs, often anticipating them with discretion and professionalism. Well-organized and reliable, she works efficiently both independently and as part of a team, even in fast-paced, high-standard environments.
