He brings a steady, professional presence to the yacht and enjoys engaging with guests, whether it is driving tenders, running watersports, or sharing his favourite anchorages.
Away from the water, Austin is passionate about motorsport and enjoys driving classic cars. During his downtime he loves hiking and staying active outdoors.

Kieran joined the yachting industry in 2016 and has since travelled extensively around the world. Growing up between England and Canada, Kieran developed a strong connection to coastal life. Kieran's father, a marine engineer, passed on his love of the ocean from a young age, and his influence continues to shape Kieran’s career to this day. He later took a sabbatical to complete his bachelor’s degree in astrophysics. He enjoys watersports and spends his spare time playing tennis and hiking whenever possible.

With nearly 25 years of culinary experience, Christophe brings a refined blend of Mediterranean and Japanese traditions to the table. Trained in the discipline of French gastronomy and shaped by years in Michelin‑starred kitchens, he honed his craft under Joël Robuchon and alongside Meilleurs Ouvriers de France.
His passion for Japanese cuisine and mastery of pastry, chocolate, and fine desserts make him versatile and inventive.
Recognized as head sushi chef in Cannes and now serving distinguished private clients across Monaco, Saint‑Tropez, Courchevel, and beyond, Christophe is celebrated for his precision, creativity, and warm professionalism. He delivers not only exquisite flavors but also a sincere, elegant dining experience that elevates every charter.

Raised in the South of France, Captain Seb began competitive sailing at a young age, representing the Yacht Club de Monaco in European and World Championships. This early experience in high-level racing developed the discipline, precision, and composure that continue to shape his leadership and most of all his passion for the sea.
Since joining the superyacht industry in 2014, Seb has gained extensive experience sailing throughout the Mediterranean, Atlantic, and Pacific.
Calm, confident, and professional, Captain Seb places strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Together with his crew, he focuses on smooth navigation, well-planned itineraries, high standards of on board service, and enjoyable watersports activities. With a clear commitment to exceeding expectations, he ensures every charter is defined by excellent service, attention to detail, and memorable experiences for guests.
During his time off, Seb enjoys sailing, hiking, and spending time outdoors, reflecting his genuine passion for the sea and nature.

Born in Durban, South Africa, Daniel moved to Bournemouth on the south coast of England at the age of two. Immersed in coastal life from an early age, he developed a natural passion for the ocean, spending much of his time sailing and surfing. His love for watersports led him to work as a lifeguard, before qualifying and working as a surf instructor, sharing his enthusiasm and knowledge with others.
Daniel began his professional career at sea as a personal trainer on board cruise ships. He then transitioned into yachting, bringing with him a strong work ethic, a guest-focused mindset, and a high level of energy.
Dan is a confident on the water and is always ready to assist with watersport activities. He enjoys running, work outs, surfing and hiking. Dan is continuously seeking for his next adventure outdoors.

Mike grew up in the Northwest of England in a seafaring family. During his school years his favourite pastime was playing golf. At the age of sixteen, Mike started his four-year Marine Engineer Officer Cadetship, he spent the next 15 years working on commercial ships.
Early 2000, Mike started working at Sunseeker engineering building team and eventually moved onto to be engineer on Sunseeker Yacht in the Seychelles and Saudi Arabia. During that time, Mike become a keen diver and passed his Padi Rescue Diver and was part of a shark diving research team.
Afterwards, he decided to go full time into the yachting industry, being chief engineer on vessels ranging from 40m to 70m.
He now lives in Montenegro with his wife, he enjoys being outdoors and travelling in his down time.
