Raised in the South of France, Captain Seb began competitive sailing at a young age, representing the Yacht Club de Monaco in European and World Championships. This early experience in high-level racing developed the discipline, precision, and composure that continue to shape his leadership and most of all his passion for the sea.
Since joining the superyacht industry in 2014, Seb has gained extensive experience sailing throughout the Mediterranean, Atlantic, and Pacific.

Together with his crew, he focuses on smooth navigation, well-planned itineraries, high standards of on board service, and enjoyable watersports activities. Originally from Germany, Luke entered the yachting industry five years ago after serving for six years in the British Army. He also completed an apprenticeship in carpentry, which helped shape his strong work ethic and practical approach to life. As bosun, Luke takes pride in leading deck operations and maintaining the highest standards on board. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, restoring his own sailboat, and pursuing his passion for motorsports.

Born in Durban, South Africa, Daniel moved to Bournemouth on the south coast of England at the age of two. Immersed in coastal life from an early age, he developed a natural passion for the ocean, spending much of his time sailing and surfing. His love for watersports led him to work as a lifeguard, before qualifying and working as a surf instructor, sharing his enthusiasm and knowledge with others.
Daniel began his professional career at sea as a personal trainer on board cruise ships. He then transitioned into yachting, bringing with him a strong work ethic, a guest-focused mindset, and a high level of energy.
Dan is a confident on the water and is always ready to assist with watersport activities. He enjoys running, work outs, surfing and hiking. Dan is continuously seeking for his next adventure outdoors.

Kieran joined the yachting industry in 2016 and has since travelled extensively around the world. Growing up between England and Canada, Kieran developed a strong connection to coastal life. Kieran's father, a marine engineer, passed on his love of the ocean from a young age, and his influence continues to shape Kieran’s career to this day. He later took a sabbatical to complete his bachelor’s degree in astrophysics. He enjoys watersports and spends his spare time playing tennis and hiking whenever possible.

Chris is originally from South Schields, England, and has spent 14 years working in the yachting industry and 25 at sea. After leaving school, he followed in his grandfather’s footsteps by pursuing an engineering career, beginning with the Royal Navy before moving into commercial shipping. Chris is a passionate and qualified PADI instructor. His love for travel brought him to visit destinations such as South America, China, Tibet, Costa Rica, and Borneo in recent years. An enthusiastic mountaineer, Chris has summoned Aconcagua (6,957m) and Kilimanjaro (5,895m), and is now setting his sights on climbing Everest in the near future.

Transitioning into the private sector, Benjamin discovered his talent for creating bespoke culinary experiences tailored to individual tastes. His career has since taken him to the yachting industry working on several distinguished yachts. Warm and personable, Benjamin takes pride in crafting memorable dining experiences that bring people together. His cuisine blends the vibrant flavours and relaxed elegance of the Mediterranean with a deep appreciation for Italian traditions, always delivered with exceptional care and passion.

She has also travelled extensively, including two years of solo travel across Europe, Asia and Australia, building independence and cultural awareness.
