Throughout her time on board various yachts, Marianna has shown a genuine ability to adapt to different nationalities and cultural sensitivities, always striving to create a warm and welcoming environment for guests.

Over the past decade, he has built extensive experience in the yachting industry, developing a wide range of technical skills while consistently demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a strong focus on safety. With over seven years of seagoing experience, he has worked as a bosun/engineer on both motor and sailing yachts ranging from 28 to 32 meters, and as a captain on yachts under 24 meters for weekly charters—
always ensuring smooth, enjoyable experiences for both owners and guests. He takes great pride in keeping everything on board running efficiently, from the engine room to the smallest technical detail. Born and raised in Lacco Ameno on the island of Ischia, Captain Amando's connection to the sea began in childhood, inspired by his grandfather. This early bond evolved into a lifelong passion for boats and maritime life — a passion that continues to shape and drive his career. With over 22 years of seagoing experience and more than a decade as Captain, he brings a deep-rooted passion and unwavering commitment to every facet of maritime life. His career has been built on a strong foundation in charter operations, having successfully managed numerous high-end charters with professionalism, precision, and a sharp focus on guest satisfaction. He currently serves as President of the Super Captains Team Association and is a certified Maritime Surveyor. His technical expertise spans all onboard systems, with specialized knowledge in advanced and next generation propulsion technologies, including jet drives, Arneson surface drives, and other high-performance systems. To him, leadership goes beyond operational management — it’s about inspiring and guiding the crew through a genuine love and respect for the sea. He places great value on cultivating lasting, human-centered relationships and leads by example, fostering a work environment that is professional, calm, and motivating for all team members.
