He began working in professional kitchens at the age of fifteen and later pursued formal culinary training in Mallorca, specialising in traditional and classic Spanish cuisine. Over time, Jorge transitioned into the yachting industry, honing his skills aboard both sailing yachts and motor yachts while developing a versatile style suited to the expectations of luxury charter guests.
