Olivier is a French captain with more than 25 years’ experience on board yachts and 10 years on board JFF.
He has specialized in Mangusta yachts over the years and has built a reputation as a safe and reliable Captain.
Olivier is now very happy to work on a Med-based yacht in which there is more scope to provide an intimate and varied guest experience.

Originally from the South of France, Alexandre brings a strong background
in gastronomic cuisine, with experience in renowned restaurants, luxury events, and private dining. Passionate, creative, and detailoriented, he enjoys crafting refined menus inspired by Mediterranean flavors with subtle Japanese influences, always highlighting fresh and seasonal ingredients. Having worked alongside prestigious chefs and in high-end culinary environments, Alexandre combines professionalism, adaptability, and a warm approach to create memorable dining experiences on board.

Lela brings a warm, energetic, and guest-focused approach to life on board. With a strong background in luxury tourism, hospitality and event management, she has extensive experience creating memorable experiences for guests in both highend
hospitality and private touring environments. Passionate about service, food, wine, and travel, Lela is known for her positive attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail. Her welcoming personality, combined with her professionalism and team spirit, ensures guests feel relaxed, cared for, and truly at home throughout their stay on board.

Jean-Christophe started his second season on board JFF. With extensive experience and indepth knowledge of the yacht, he played a key role in her winter
maintenance. Attentive and approachable, he ensures every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. His expertise and dedication make him an invaluable part of the
team.

Nicole brings several seasons of yachting experience across both interior and exterior roles, combining professionalism, adaptability, and a genuine passion for life at sea. She has developed strong communication, teamwork, and guest care skills.Calm under pressure and attentive to detail, Nicole enjoys delivering high standards in service, housekeeping, and daily onboard operations.
