About MY WAY
My Way is an elegant and refined Navetta 23 meters, built by VZ Yacht and launched in 2015. She's fitted with elegant and refined walnut wood interiors, large lounge with circular leather sofa, wide dining area with chairs and comfortable bench, separate galley. She features 3 comfortable and wide suites and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Very flexible base East/West Med
Interiors: All areas on board are rationally managed, both exteriors and interiors. Wide salon with comfortable sofa and dining table for 6/8 guests; Tv-Lcd 50" available in salon and in the dining area. Air conditioning and wi-fi connection throughout the yacht.
The lower deck offers 3 spacious suites: the Owner's suite with double bed and ensuite bathroom, 45” TV LCD and hi-fi system; the VIP suite with double bed and ensuite bathroom, 45” TV LCD and hi-fi system. The twin guest suite, ensuite head and 35” TV LCD , hi-fi system. Each bathroom has separate shower with chromo-therapy lights.
Exteriors: Large outdoor spaces with sunbathing area on the flying bridge offering comfortable sunbeds and 3 chaise-longue, dining table for 10 guests with C shaped sofa/settee, bar, fridge and barbecue; 3 versatile poufs can be sun mattresses and armchairs. Astern a spacious cockpit features a very wide sunbed for up to 6 guests. The astern hydraulic platform is easily accessible from the cockpit; this amazing optional is very comfortable to lift up tender, watertoys and …. Guests if needed.

Fortunato was born and raised in Naples. He began his career as a skipper on private yachts in 2005, then transitioned into public maritime transport. In 2020, he took on his first position as Captain on a private yacht. This experience allowed him to truly understand the meaning of "hospitality" and "customer care," while also showcasing his ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations.
Fortunato is now excited about his new role and is eager to continue his professional growth in a position he is already familiar with, but this time aboard a luxury yacht where top-tier service and professionalism are essential.

Tommaso, was born and raised in Naples.
He graduated at the Nautical Institute ”Amerigo Vespucci”. He started his career working for the Italian Navy in 2011 and 2012 doing several roles; from 2013 onwards he co-operated with local Neapolitan charter companies carrying out mainly daily charters as Captain on small yachts. That experience helped Tommaso to really understand what “hospitality” and “customer care” mean; he experienced his learning abilities and a strong capability to adapt to different situations.
Tommaso was employed as deckhand and engineer on My Way in 2022; in 2024 he achieved the role of Captain and is now happy to professionally grow in a role that he is already familiar with but on a luxury yacht where top level service and professionalism is key.

Elio was born and raised in Naples.
Elio is a polite and determined young man willing to grow professionally in the yachting industry. He has shaped his career as a hotel manager, a role he held since 2009 when, very young, he began learning the rules of hospitality and guests satisfaction. Being a versatile person always looking for new goals, he wanted to try to combine his work experience with his passion for the sea and cuisine. In 2022 he was employed as a deckhand on a 70 feet motoryacht and in 2023 he worked as mooring man and factotum on a marina in Naples but in the meantime, he has continued to nurture his passion for cooking with training courses and occasional performances at private events.
Elio is at his second season on My Way and he thrives on looking after his guests in the utmost manner as he always did over his years in the hospitality field. He is refining his cooking techniques and is always working to experiment with combinations that enhance the taste and quality of the products he wisely chooses.
