Originally from Cape Town, Dieter brings a strong technical background and a proactive, hands-on approach to his role as Chief Engineer. With experience across both commercial and yachting sectors, he has developed a solid understanding of vessel systems and a confident, solution-driven mindset.
Over the past years, Dieter has worked his way up through roles including deckhand and engineer, gaining valuable experience on both motor yachts and catamarans.
Known for his ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure, Dieter ensures that all technical aspects of the yacht run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to both safety and guest comfort.
Outside of work, Dieter enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and travelling, bringing a positive and easygoing energy to life on board.

Alinke brings a hands-on, practical approach shaped by her experience in busy charter environments and her background in hospitality and hairdressing. Before entering yachting, she worked as a hairstylist.
Alinke is known for being calm, approachable, and very hands-on. She prefers to lead by example, staying involved in all aspects of the interior to ensure consistency and a smooth flow of service. She pays close attention to presentation, aiming to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
In her time off, Alinke enjoys spending time with friends, keeping active, and anything that lets her be creative.

Originally from Ireland, Nicholas began his culinary career at a young age, gaining experience across high-end restaurants and hospitality environments.
He has since brought his skills into the yachting industry, working on both private and charter yachts. His menus range from light Mediterranean dishes to Asian-inspired flavours, always tailored to the setting and guest preferences on board.
Before moving into yachting, he gained experience in large-scale food production and culinary entrepreneurship, which gave him a practical and adaptable approach in the kitchen
Outside the kitchen, Nicholas enjoys time outdoors, especially skiing, and has a genuine interest in classic cars and motorcycles.

Sarah Morgan is a bright and engaging stewardess who joined the yachting world in 2024. Raised in an international environment and exposed to travel from an early age, she is multilingual and brings a worldly, open-minded perspective to life at sea. With a warm personality and an intuitive sense for guest comfort, she quickly adapted to the fast-paced nature of luxury charters.

With over 18 years in the superyacht industry, Rian Douma brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and a sense of calm professionalism to his role as captain. Having commanded yachts up to 63 meters, he has navigated extensively through the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Norwegian fjords. His earlier work as a dive instructor in Honduras and an overland explorer across Africa reflects his deep-rooted love of nature and adventure. Originally from South Africa, Rian thrives in the elements and is an avid kitesurfer in his free time. Known for his composed and capable approach, he is committed to delivering smooth and memorable cruising experiences.
